Today is my granddaughters (Jayde) 13th birthday. Ordered flowers a week ago today by 11:30 called them to ask why flowers have not been delivered as of yet. They took into consideration that my granddaughter was in school and would deliver to her after three. Explained to them she is home schooled. Told me she would call driver and call me back. Sure enough 10 minutes later associate called me back and told me flowers were delivered 10 mins after she called driver. Thats great service!! Driver evan took time to comment on how we had the house all decorated for her. Could not have asked for a better florist. Im in NY so it was important that the day went well for my lovely granddaughter since I could not be there!! Will definitely recommend to friends and family!!!! Thank you!! Maria

If you want a lovely welcome and a beautiful bouquet of flowers, the only place to go is Cranford Florist. There are not easy to find as they are tucked away across from Diary Queen on North Ave, but your google maps will lead you there. And you wont be disappointed. The owner Ellie believes in treating her customers as family and I am very thankful for her and Angela who worked above and beyond to make sure that my Dad and I were satisfied with my Moms flower arrangement. Ive had several great experiences with Cranford Florist. I do not live locally, but have sent flowers various times to friends who live in the area- which can always be challenging, not knowing whether the florist is going to be good. However, the flowers have always been delivered promptly (same day, even when Ive called midday), my friend says the arrangements have been beautiful, and the woman who helps me on the phone couldnt be nicer! Would definitely recommend to others.

AMAZING FLORIST! I called a few places for custom flowers and gave me to best customer service. I needed wedding bouquet and boutonniere on short notice and Eleanor responded very quickly and followed up. Other florists did not even call back or emailed. Cranford Florist provided updates on how the flowers were coming along and when I arrive to pick up, they wanted to added some minor touch ups but wanted my approval before. they go really far and beyond. I highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Cranford Florist & Gifts. They were the only shop that we found in North Jersey that would deliver on memorial day. They werent necessarily open and towns away from Morristown, but were kind enough to deliver funeral flowers on that day. I was told they were stunning and when I called to get the receipt, they emailed it to me within minutes. I appreciate their customer service and care for the business of flowers! I have been using Cranford Florist exclusively for at least the last 25 years and they have consistently created the most beautiful and fresh arrangements. They recently provided the arrangements for my sons rehearsal dinner and they were spectacular; the flowers were beautifully and artfully arranged; we couldnt have been happier. The folks at Cranford Florist are very accommodating and easy to work with. I highly recommend them for any and all floral arrangement needs.

I found this florist after calling and visiting 10 other shops in my area. I wanted roses presented in a hat box for my wife for Valentines Day. This is popular in California but no one is NJ does this. But this shop in Cranford does and they did a beautiful job. Best looking roses Ive seen. My wife was blown away. All the employees were very nice. Clean shop. I have found a new florist.

They were so sweet! After ordering flowers for my mother on 1800flowers, my delivery date was jumped from 5/6 to 5/13. I cancelled that order and called Cranford Florist. They were so accommodating - with the 3 hour time difference I knew I was calling mid afternoon, but they still gave me same day delivery and the representative I spoke with was super friendly and helpful!

It may not look like it from the street, but round the corner for a hidden Jem. I needed to order a bouquet and got friendly and professional service. Ordering was easy, but the surprise and at pick up. Go all the Way to the bak of the lot to find a fully decorated cozy flower shop. Professional service and beautiful arrangements.

Terrible customer service. Just called and asked if I could send flowers for Mothers day and the lady said I guess so. I said guess so..why are you out of flowers? She said no please hold. I waited a few minutes then hung up to give someone else the business.

Super friendly staff and beautiful flowers, what else can I ask for? My go to place for ANYTHING floral. I bought my significant other a large presentation bouquet and the roses were absolutely gorgeous. Only place Ill go for flowers!
