I live in Manhattan and called to have a delivery to a funeral home for a dear friend of mines grandmother. Jude answered and was so polite and efficient. It was late afternoon on a Sunday. Still he offered to personally drive the flowers to the home to make sure they were there for the wake. The flowers were gorgeous (I heard-never saw them myself) and I truly recommend this place and Jude himself. He went out of his way to make sure that the flowers were there when he didnt have to. And he made them beautiful. Id give more than 5 stars if I could.

He was a delightful professional on the phone and sent me a receipt and delivery confirmation via email. The Mothers Day arrangement he created was magnificent. Ordered a sympathy arrangement for an employee. It was delivered unbelievably fast. The employee was very impressed with the quality. The shop called because I forgot to add an apartment number for delivery and they were very nice.
