I live out of state but wanted to send flowers to a friend. I couldnt remember the names of any flower shops that were still in business so I searched the web and found Petals. I also called the local Chamber of Commerce to ask if they were familiar with the business and they were able to tell me very positive things - in fact, the person I spoke to knew someone who used them for a wedding was was very pleased. With that, I called to place an order - not having any idea of what exactly I wanted to send - but the women who answered the phone was absolutely wonderful. She explained the different sizes of arrangements along with pricing. Im not very familiar with various types of flowers but I asked for her to make a bouquet with different varieties, which they did. It was delivered to the recipient that very afternoon (I hadnt called until late morning / noon-ish). My friend said the arrangement was very creative and that she loved it!

I called Petals to order some flowers for my mothers 90th birthday. When I called and explained that my mother had some restrictions because of pulmonary issues they were extremely receptive and offered me suggestions. The floral arrangement that was created for my mom, my mom said they were absolutely beautiful. I was not able to see them because I placed the order from Rhode Island but my sister and brother both said they were gorgeous. My only regret was that I was not able to go in person to thank them personally for making her day so special, however, I did call them to thank them. This is my second time using Petals and I have to say Petals is the floral shop to use and I look forward to ordering again. Again, thank you and your staff for this wonderful experience.

Petals has Stellar customer service! I have used them twice, both times placing phone orders since I live in Georgia. After making suggestions for some bouquets to be picked up for a graduation, I was beyond pleased at what they had created for me. Lots of compliments and the flowers lasted a very long time. Another time I had them deliver a beautifully wrapped Christmas candle to our daughter in Cape May. They are very detail oriented and our daughter was extremely pleased and surprised. I only wish I lived closer so I could enjoy their gorgeous flowers more often.

THE BEST OF THE BEST! Best customer service, best florals, BEST experience. Their is no other florist in comparison. You wont be disappointed. They can do it all and they are the most professional and customer service oriented florist I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They are true artists that put a lot of time and passion into their craft. Their bouquets prove that and the endless compliments you will get on them will be proof as well. Wow, what a wonderful florist!!! I called and placed an order over the phone for birthday flowers for my Mom on a Saturday. The flowers were delivered within two hours of placing the call & they were just beautiful! I requested Sunflowers and they also mixed in some complimentary flowers in purple and orange. The customer service over the phone was great & my mom said the delivery person was really nice as well. Great job Petals Floral Design and Gifts!

Absolutely one of the most beautiful flower shops Ive ever been seen. The flowers are magnificent. Had a flower arrangement made up for my granddaughter for her dance performance that gorgeous. Also picked up a couple nice gift for my friends. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Ill definitely visit again!
