Didnt have the best experience my first time here. The Asics I went in for had not actually arrived at the store and was still at the airport but being advertised as being available in store and online. I went in store because I worked less than 5 miles from their shop and couldnt believe what they were charging for shipping. Ive shipped shoes cross the US(Cali), about 2,879.8 miles for the same price using Priority Mail. That wasnt my biggest issue however. While there I inquired about the Cabin Fevers that were releasing that weekend and the attendants negativity in stating I would probably not be able to buy them there was very off putting. Then he tells me to my face that employees get first dibs and since the stock being sent was so small I should just forget it or try somewhere else. This is beyond poor customer service and is just poor form. Anyone thats been buying shoes for a minute knows every sneaker boutique big and small puts shoes aside for staff first so why would you need to put it out there like that in a customers face? They should call West NYC sometime and learn how to speak to customers. West NYC was actually the collaborator on the shoe with Saucony so if anyone could have been arrogant it was them but they were not. Very pleasant attitude and extremely helpful. I ended up buying the shoe from sneaker politics at retail without too much hassle. Now if they have something I want I just order it online from somewhere else. Packers - order something from END. Clothing sometime. Thats how you treat customers. Thats why they have over 100,000 followers on just one social media avenue alone and thats why from the US to the UK and beyond they are hailed by customers as one of the best shops in the entire world. Grow up and learn to run a business. Youre no longer on the streets.

Went there for a sneaker release waited in line for a few hours was told it was one pair per customer and saw certain people walk out with multiple pairs n cut the line return back into the store to grab more. Once I got to the front sneakers were sold out so I complained to the employees that they sold multiples to one person instead of following the one pair per person rule they stated it wasnt true once I pointed out theyre boy that they hooked up with 5 pairs they stared confused as if they werent aware. Never going back to packers for a release its a scam n they sell everything to ppl they know

Used to be a frequent customer here when I worked nearby despite their lack of customer service. On several occasions I was given the run around about orders that I placed when Ive driven there to pick them up. My last trip there involved calling to confirm my size and after driving an hour to the store they closed two hours early even though they were still in the store b.s. ing. Do yourself a favor and find a different store before wasting a trip there. There are plenty of stores that have the same accounts they do that will gladly accept your money.

A Private User

This was the ONLY place on the internet I could find that had the shoe I was looking for (Adidas M Attitude Logo W in clear green) and the shipping was incredibly fast and free. There are so many sites out there selling fake higher end sneakers. Packer Shoes is definitely not one of those sites - shoes are authentic, prices are great and the service was excellent.

I had two sneakers in my cart. As the check out process was attempted, the sneakers disappeared. Its beyond irresponsible to sell product(s) a customer already selected to have in their cart. This store does not even deserve ONE star of how poor you guys operate.

Sucks. Ordered a pair thinking it was mens size but it was womens. They didnt advertise it on the site. So I had to return them but I had to pay $7 out of pocket to ship it back and they didnt refund me for shipping(which was $15...)

Pretty good sneaker shop first time coming here. Staffs were nice and friendly. Not a huge sneaker selection but pretty good shoes on display. They sell clothing also. Overall great place for all your sneaker needs.

Great selection, they have things that are sold out everywhere else months after the release. Great customer support as well. Ive shopped here multiple times and I would recommend them over any other store.
