My boyfriend and I came to Roadrunner Sports on a Friday afternoon, we were both tired from the week and thought wed just be in and out to get new running shoes. We left an hour and a half later in a fantastic mood with shoes that had been hand-picked for our specific gaits and running needs. We were pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service and really enjoyed their running evaluation. All of the staff seemed very knowledgeable and readily and cheerfully offered information and suggestions. We never felt that they were trying to sell us just the expensive shoes and all the service was very low pressure. The staff has great cohesion and a sense of humor. Ive never enjoyed myself so much at a retail store. This Roadrunner has struck a very nice balance of professionalism with a great line of products and a mom-and-pop atmosphere. Will definitely be giving them my business again!

I will be fair but I did not enjoy the overall experience at this place. They are very helpful, but they have a gimmicky thing that they do which is they remove the insole from a pricey shoes and replace it with their very pricey insole. The problem with this is that the shoes they sell are very expensive to begin with and then if you have to spend another $75 dollars with their insole and the socks that go with it, you are now looking to spend close to $300 for running shoes. I am sure some will find this reasonable, but not me and I want you know before you go there. It is obvious that their sales associates are compensated on selling the insole and other things. That is gimmicky customer service. I will not be going there again.

My wife and I were in town to run the New Jersey half marathon (tomorrow). Last week in our hometown we went to a local running store and had a terrible experience (very poor customer service). We stopped in at Road Runner Sports in Shrewsbury and were really pleased with the service. Even though it was late, after 7:30 pm, the staff worked with us through the full procedure of the Shoe Dog analysis (by Nikole) and then Matty Ice helped us pick out shoes. It was 8:30pm (30 min after closing) when we left. A big thank you to the whole staff there.

I love the company and have been to several stores. I really liked this one though. They were really nice and went out of their way to help me. Admittedly, it was a bit weird when I told them I lived about two hours away and they tried to sell me on joining the local boot camp groups...but whatever, who isnt trying to sell you on something these days.

I have been dealing with really bad plantar fasciitis and finding a pair of sneakers that doesnt aggravate it has been difficult. The team in this store has been absolutely amazing. Their return policy is the best in the business. It took several attempts to find the right sneaker for my issue. The store was fantastic every step of the way.

The team here is amazing. They fitted me with a perfect pair of shoes that were completely different from anything I would have picked out on my own. Turns out to have been a huge step (pardon the pun) forward for me in my ability to run comfortably. I will definitely return to the store and would recommend them to anyone

Best place to go to buy your sneakers ESPECIALLY if you have any type of pain running or walking. NATE not only chose my sneakers perfectly, but taught me so much I never knew about my foot and shoes. Even my podiatrist swears by The road runner sport store. Nate is 2 for 2 on picking out my shoes perfectly! :D
