New Girl

Good day to All. After my visit to their office a few days ago, ive decided to return to choose eyewear. I enjoyed the thoroughly done eye examination!! Dr. Fasman is a new addition & to my delight, She nailed it!!! Ive had eye conditions going wayback, she was down to earth yet professional!! During my time at EyeKrafters, I personally witnessed Kassandra working closely with many patients, with a huge smile on her face and with so much expert advice she was so friendly and so kind and so patient with every single person she encountered I could not believe the amount of patience she has with some of the people she dealt with! I knew that I would be returning and wanted to see her only!! And of course she gave me a remarkable service!! She was so thorough and explained everything inside out I do not feel rushed I did not feel like I was forced... Instead it was such a pleasant easy experience... Every single question I had Asked, and being in the field of forensic sciences, I have many.. She took the time to explain in a slow clear voice without muffling or mumbling as many people do in todays era..yet it was not like that at all. She willingly explained everything I asked and make sure it was completely understood and obviously asked me if there was anything else she could do with a huge smile on her face... But you can tell its not fake its truly just her way... The other staff members were quite busy and they seemed pretty good as well but so far between both those two ladies Im very happy and I plan on bringing my mother and my daughter back and of course hopefully to see them both, truly delighted & pleased all around!

doctor was great, just didnt like the fact that the lady selling the glasses/frames actually makes you come back the next day to get your prescription to purchase glasses. I insisted to get the formula and she said we can either mail it to you or you can come back and pick it up tomorrow. REALLY!!! It only takes a few minutes for the doctor to write down the formula. Now I have to go out of my way again at lunch time and pick up a prescription that should of been handed to me at the first visit in the first place, very annoyed. Its like its a marketing strategy to make you purchase the glasses at their facilities.

I called and got an appointment the same day, first eye exam ever, new patient and had no wait at all everyone was super kind like no other place i have experienced, everyone new what they were talking about and assisted one another it was an extremely healthy and knowledgeable environment. The Doctor was very kind and patient with me and it being my first eye exam and all. She knew exactly what she was doing and was so helpful. I loved it and would recommend to everyone

Although Dr. Koppel did a thorough checkup for my eyes, but his prescriptions not only didnt target the real causes but also made my conditions worsen. The place is very commercialized, they will try to sell you all sorts of supplements, remedies, and gadgets, etc.., that are out of your own pockets and with poor to none scientific/medicinal data.

Misled by the google reviews. Will not ever come back.. very uncomfortable environment. Pros: Doctor did all the usual eye tests Cons: If you are going use your insurance to pay for your glasses it will take them THREE WEEKS for them to have it ready. Sales team are very aggresive and rude.. pay up or go f yourself is basically what goes on here.

My wife and I visited today. Dr. Koppel and his staff were exceptional. I had to thank them today 08/13/16 for such an excellent experience and a staff that was outstanding and terrific as well. Great Eye Doctor, Great staff, and Great experience. I highly recommend Dr Koppel and his staff. You will be very satisfied.
