I came in here due to a glasses emergency and I know these people have my prescription on file. Im trying on frames and they ask to pull up my insurance, which Im fine with. I wasnt sure of the last four digits of the social on my insurances primary person on the account so I had to call that person. As I pulled out my phone, the employee starts wandering across the store. That person actually didnt pick up the phone so I had to text them, so I told the employee I was waiting on those digits and I would let her know when I got them. Every 2 minutes she would call across the store to see if I got it. And every time I said I would tell her when I got them. I finally get the numbers and she tells me to hold on even though she was borderline harassing me for the last 20 minutes. After this finally, I want to try on frames behind glass. I took me a while to flag her down to open it. And I eventually got tired of waiting so I didnt even bother trying on the locked up frames because she was nowhere to be found. Literally no one helps you here.

We had scheduled an early Saturday morning appointment. However in their system it was erroneously scheduled for the following weekend. Didnt handle it well. Poor organization.
