The glasses I purchased were ill fitting and the doctor did not take my concerns seriously. I was so unhappy that I decided to go elsewhere and just purchase a whole new pair . I was willing to bear the extra expense because I could not wear the glasses the way he adjusted them. The new place I went to was able to fix them without charging me a penny. I do not understand why Dr.Sherman could not do this. The office was messy and he never wore gloves during treatment nor did I see him sterilize or sanitize anything between patients.I am very sorry I allowed him to treat me at all.

It should be noted that I am a miserly star giver. Despite that, Dr. Sherman earned every one of these 5 stars. Dr. Sherman is incredibly smart and knowledgeable -- 5 minutes speaking to him and thats obvious. He focuses on prevention and wellness rather than temporary "band-aide" solutions. And he is really generous with his time. He allowed me to ask questions and keep him extra time without charging me for the time. When I needed to come back for a quick something, he made himself available and didnt make it a big deal! Wouldnt recommend anybody else for eye care!!!!

Dr Sherman and Rachel are some of the best people to deal with . They really care about there patients and work with them in all aspects of doctor patient dealings . I have been patient for over three years and I have no complaints. There A+ in my book
