dont ever use their vision center! their employees are rude, and act like their doing you a favor. I moved from south river and asked for my prescription to be faxed to another vision center so I can get a box of contacts!!!!! they forget you paid over $100+ FOR THE EYE EXAM AND HAVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE YOUR PERSCRIPTION TRANSFERED TO ANOTHER VISION CENTER IF YOU CHOOSE TO!!!!! I played phone tag from 3pm-5:15pm and stood on hold various times for long period of times because people are incapable of doing their job and simply faxing a prescription over. I gave my information to THREE different employees who were all INCAPABALE of doing THEIR JOBS. Its disgusting how they treat people! hire employees who care about their job, and not just their paychecks! lazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lazy!!!!!!!!!!!!! act like they have authority over the phone because its illegal for me to come down their and beat someones ass!

The first appointment i had with them was a nightmare, three hours later and they made me come back on another day due to their own in-competencies. Let me leave with no contacts in my eyes nearly blind to drive home. Now a year later and i am requesting a copy of my prescription and they refuse to give it to me! On top of the fact that they said my file is no longer with them because the doctors have changed, and f i need my information i would need to track down the doctor myself. Absolutely disgusted with the service and levels of concern by management! I have never seen a doctor refuse to release a prescription to the individual whos prescription it is, and already paid for the service. Fair warning! DO NOT put yourself through this.

I had a prescription and I got my new glasses done in the store located on rt18. The vision was so blurry and the colors were so bright so I went back to the store they tried to fix it, did not work, went back to the doctor and he said nothing wrong, then went back again to the store, they re-did the lenses and still wasnt good. Finally I wenti to another doctor, she said the prescription wasnt right and te-did it. I went back to the store and the guy, I believe his name is William, went out of his way to keep helping me and he re- did the lenses. It was really a good experience and they gained a new costumer.

I dont even know why I have to give any stars for this horrible service, employees their are very rude and LAZY and are exactly like another commenters stated act like they were making you a favor, when you ask about some information the girl there started blowing like shes bored, the other guy doesnt give you your options and when I found that I want to fix it he told me you cant and your order is already locked. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY WALMART IS HIRING PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO INTEREST IN WORKING IF Youre SO SICK OF DEALING WITH PEOPLE STAY HOME OR WORK SOMEWHERE IN THE BACK.

The service is terrible. They are very expensive. They charge for everything. Glasses are extreMly crappy. I bought glasses from them and less than six months my glasses I cannot see through them. My glasses are foggy. At night I cannot drive with them. Do not waste your money here.

THE WORST! KEITH HAS TO BE THE RUDEST AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS AT AN EYE CENTER. I HAVE SINCE THEN SWITCHED. THEY WILL CONTINUE TO LOSE CUSTOMERS DUE TO HIS LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!

They are a super center which should mean they have everything and anything but they dont have a great selection of auto care needs. Other than that they are a one stop shop
