Awful customer service. The representatives here dont even smile or try to make the sale. They sell a product that pretty much sells itself but the very LEAST they could do is try to make the transaction go more smoothly. Not only that but they are also disrespectful and have zero regard for the overall customer experience. One time I came in about 45 minutes prior to closing, and the sales rep informed me that they were currently putting away the display frames. She offered to help, but the help she offered felt more like a feeble attempt to rush me out of the store. Keep in mind we were asking very simple questions. I could feel her unwillingness to help us with our request and decided to leave since she was not being very helpful. I have also had negative interaction over the phone with them. Every time I call them to try and resolve an issue I may be having they tell me they will call me back. Then when they call me back the conversation never really gets anywhere and ultimately they tell me Ill need to come in to resolve my issue. Taking all of this into consideration I would like to make a point that there is one Sales Rep who works here that is awesome! I dont remember his name, but he is overall pleasant to deal with, and quite honestly the only reason I go to this lens crafters. Maybe Joseph? He seriously provides some amazing customer service. He wears glasses and is a younger guy. Other than that if you see anyone else be prepared to have a negative customer experience. Best of luck.

Very poor customer service. I was in the middle of finalizing a transaction (which over 2 weeks for them to figure out how to bill my insurance) when the sales associate decided to spend 30 minutes on the phone helping someone else, and then went to help a man that came in after me... My transaction took no more than a few minutes, dont understand why she couldnt stick with what she was doing. And to top it off, she kept asking if I wanted to buy their insurance coverage, even after I said "no" multiple times.

Website shows 6:00pm closing. Arrived at 5:02 and the doors were locked. Sales associate came to door to say she recognized us from earlier today and said "sorry, we are closed. Our computers were just shut down." We told them their hours posted say 6:00 and they said "sorry." Heading to Pearl Vision to buy the same pair of glasses we had seen at both locations. LensCrafters loss.
