It had been a LONG time since I bought new glasses, and was experiencing nothing short of Mortal Dread when I walked in. Fortunately and thankfully, Jeff immediately brought several frames that he knew would fit me and let me take my time deciding, being Very Patient and Supportive the entire way. Last but certainly not least, he had my new glasses ready for me to pick up THE NEXT DAY!! I cannot imagine the entire process going any more smoothly and easily than it did, and if I could, Id give him more than five stars. I can never thank him enough for the great care he took of me, and I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. Thank you Very Much, Jeff!
