Excellent service from pharmacy dept as well as general store help. In the two years Ive been dealing with Marras, theyve special-ordered drugs, worked out insurance difficulties, followed up to clarify doctor instructions - even on weekends, and offered split prescriptions while waiting for drug deliveries. Yes, there is a big chain nearby...that chain told me they didnt carry and wouldnt order morphine when a family member was on hospice care. The chain is a last resort for me from then on. Id much rather deal with a personable, family owned small business like Marras. Ill be a customer as long as theyre open.

I have been customer there since 1990 and their staff is very courteous and polite with knowledge of medicine. owners are always there to help in pharmacy department. Wouldnt even think about switching them. Even after moving out of Secaucus, still get my medicine from them. Love them !!!!!

Best customer experience Ive ever had. Quick and friendly service. Took me by surprise as Ive gotten used to the slow and average service at the chains such as CVS and Walgreens. Definitely worth a visit. You wont regret it.
