I have been going to this pharmacy for years even after I moved I still worked in the area and would stop on my way home but almost everytime I go one of the staff at the pharmacy counter has a nasty attitude and god forbid you have a coupon to use the attitude gets nastier well if my coupon is such a hastle thats saving me money they can pay the balance the coupon is covering wouldnt want them to have to do extra work..the lines are always too long even at the drive thru they just leave you sitting there and ignore you which I always find fun..try calling to check on a prescription and they get nasty like they have something better to do there are a couple girls that are ok but the majority of them are not I find the pharmacists are nicer then the staff but you rarely get the pharmacist..not that walgreens pharmacys are much better anywhere else but this one in my opinion is the worst..

I really thought it was my imagination but reading the other reviews, I see I was right. The rest of the stores staff is really pleasant. Even the manager is really nice but the pharmacy staff really need to work on their attitude. Everyone seems so angry. Ive been coming to the this store for my pharmacy needs for over ten years. In that time, I have encountered numerous nasty attitudes within the pharmacy department. I even had to make a complaint once which did seem to help with that particular person but the rest of the pharmacy staff are just miserable. If you dont like your job, quit. There are many others that would love to take your place and will do it with a smile on their face. I called cooperate and told them what was going on. Hopefully things will get pleasant around there soon. :)

elmwood park broadway store pharmacy staff talks about customers in front of other customers. then there is the small problem of them losing orders, and billing insurance companies when they shouldnt.... insurance fraud. hope everybody knows how simple it is to transfer prescription to other pharmacies. Just call or go in to the new pharmacy. They do it all for you. Remember, no news is the only good news. No one would ever take the time to go on line to write a nice review, ever. Bad reviews are true. Good reviews are written by the company itself.

I just moved here from Texas and this Walgreens is much better than my old one. The drive through pharmacy has long waits, 30+ minutes at times which is why I took away a star. No one has been rude to me in the pharmacy and Ive been there at least 6 times since Ive been here for a month. Im guessing that corporate read the reviews here and made changes. Overall I like this Walgreens, they just need to work on the drive up pharmacy wait time.

My wife was pregnant and needed her medicine for diabetes we ordered them round 1:30 and ended up getting them by 6 never even got a tx stating it was ready like they said they would we had to keep calling to check if it was finally ready,worst pharmacy ever

The worst service ever. The pharmacy counters are manned by lunatics. They do not know what they are selling nor have any courtesy. Please avoid this location at any cost
