I was extremely happy here. I got my forward helix pierced on my left ear by Dylan for about $65. I am underage and had to bring identification (my school ID) but left it at home, and when I went back to get it, it was not a problem. I also bought the H2Ocean Piercing Aftercare Spray for about $13 from them and was told to spray it on my piercing about 4 times a day for about 4 months to keep it clean until it heals. I have never gotten an infection and Ive had my piercing for about 3 months now and have not taken out the earring yet, like I was told not to do. I asked him where the back of the earring would go and touched my ear after he had just cleaned it. He said not to do that and put on fresh gloves, threw out the ones he had on, and cleaned where the piercing was going to go through my ear for a second time (this is loved!!). This piercing hurts, but is well worth it! You feel pain twice only for a couple seconds each time, and you are not even sore after unless you mess with it. Make sure if you play a sport you put a bandaid on your ear until you can take the earring out!!! If it catches it hurts a lot (it caught on my softball helmet when I took it off), I know from experience. Also make sure you make an appointment, you cannot just walk in.

Really liked Sams artwork. He unfortunately, for me, left to Las Vegas. Probably better for him. I had to schedule a time to get maintenance on a tattoo, I missed it due to illness. I could not call prior to the appoint because of illness, then it took forever to find the phone #. I call them and they tell me the tattooest waited for me and they had cleared two hours for me, now I have to pay. With the cost of tattoos and the money they make, its not a total loss to them. They say they were doing me a favor, NOT, this was "maintenance" NOT A FAVOR! which is covered for life as Sam once told me as why the cost to get tattooed is so high. I am hurt by this. They have lost a customer. If this had not occured I would have given them a 5 start rating.

My friend and I were recommended to Matt and when we got there he was actually available! The girl at the desk was super nice and so was everyone else in the shop (really Down to earth). I really liked how Matt was super accommodating, ESP when we free handed the whole thing step by step together! Then my friend got her tat and he did the same thing! We both left 100% satisfied and will only go to him in the future. I would def recommend Matt but Im sure everyone else is great too!

As soon as I walked in to get my piercing the people were extremely nice and welcoming. Right away I was helped and the vibes overall was good. the inside is extremely clean and up to date and the fact that they has so many trophies I was comfortable that they know what they are doing! The piercing was smooth and fast and the man who did it gave me a lot of great pointers. I will be going there for now for my tats and Im really excited!!!

Ive been to many different tattoo shops/ tattoo artists but Ive never been so satisfied than at starlight! The woman that worked the front desk was super welcoming and friendly. My friend and I both got tattooed by Matt and he was super patient with us. He sat down with us and listened to our ideas/concerns with an open mind and happily edited the designs until we were 100% satisfied. I will only go to Matt for my tattoos in the future.

What a waste of time. First we couldnt find the location, for hours we spend driving around. Next thing, we couldnt get what we wanted because they wanted our ID and for some reason I wasnt carrying it. When I called them prior to the visit they didnt even mention the need. Maybe they should put up on their web - all the things that one would need.

All staffs were so nice and friendly. Also it wasnt hurt than I expected because I had another two tattoos I got from Korea and was so hurt when I got those first time in Korea. Even very next day, I didnt feel itchy nor blood something like that. Ill come in later again if I wanna get one more.
