I reached out to Park Ave Acura via their website and briefly explained my situation. Alfredo called me within a few hours and that is when the phenomenal experience began. I had a unique situation and I wanted to explain everything up front and see if there were any options for me even before I stepped foot into the dealership. Alfredo was very understanding and not pushy at all. He did a fantastic job at listening to all of my concerns and I felt extremely comfortable with him. I ran the credit application online and was able to get an approval before I came in, which was one of my biggest concerns. Alfredo and I were in constant contact whether it was through email, phone call and even text message. Alfredo is an amazing communicator and I never once felt out of the loop as to where we were throughout the process. As soon as everything was good to go on the financing side I came to decide which car I would choose. Again Alfredo was extremely professional, courteous, and attentive, but I NEVER once felt overwhelmed or pushed to make a decision. Alfredo explained all of the options, colors and the pros and cons according to what my personal preferences were. I arrived later on in the evening and he ended up being the last sales person there. Even with this he never once rushed me to just choose any vehicle. Even when I was undecided he stated that if needed I can choose a vehicle and he would take care of everything the next day and deliver the car to my house. Luckily I did choose a vehicle off of their showroom and we finalized everything that evening. Right before I left he came down with a red bow and placed it on the car for me to take pictures with and congratulate me on my new car purchase!!! This experience has been the best car buying experience Ive ever had over the last 4 vehicles Ive purchased. Coincidentally my very first vehicle purchase was an Acura and this solidifies the excellent brand that Acura has, I will definitely refer my friends and family over to Alfredo and Park Ave Acura whenever they are looking for a new car.

Dan Schapiro is the consummate professional and everything you would want in a perfect car dealer - a rarity in my recent experiences. Ill omit the details of the still all too present insulting scams encountered while shopping at other brands and just focus on the positives experienced at Park Ave Acura. Dan has a great warm personality while being extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the 2012 TSX, Technology model that my wife and I just purchased. In contrast to the circus like negotiation at other dealers, Dan was fair and respectful. I was well prepared in researching things in advance, something that Dan appreciated, making it easier for us both. After a short negotiation process we reached a fair compromise on price and a trade-in value of a 2009 Camry Hybrid. The showroom demo, test drive and vehicle information Dan provided was excellent. When we picked up the car a few days later everything was perfect. Extraordinary attention to detail and patience while providing a very thorough review of the cars features. We have purchased a number of cars over 30 years and this was our best experience by far. Save yourself a lot of time and aggravation and visit the folks at Park Ave Acura, particularly Dan. They also have a great service area which I have used for ten years for my 2001 MDX. The overall culture of this ownership is vastly superior to the competition.

This was probably my 2nd easiest process that Ive ever had. With this vehicle I dealt with Park Ave and 1 other dealer. Both started through online inquiries by me and the negotiating was done primarily via email/phone which was great. Both dealers had pretty identical offers but the other dealer offered to beat out Park Ave and so I went down to the dealership. Upon entering I met with the person I dealt with all along through email/phone but was quickly handed off to another sales rep. Negotiating started all over again pretty much. A manager got involved and in the end they were asking for $2200 more down then Park Ave to get me at the same monthly price. Needless to say I walked out and headed over to Park Ave. On my way the original sales woman called to apologize and said there was a mistake and for me to come back and they would honor what she said. They lost a deal because I had to go through too many people to get to what I wanted when Curt was able to finalize it all without involving anybody else. Maybe he did involve other people but I never had to deal with them personally and thats the difference between the 2 dealerships. Times have changed and being able to negotiate through email/phone at my pace without the pressures of the salesman and the other 3 managers that want to chime in, is the best way to do it in my opinion. This dealership was unlike any other dealership that I have ever been to as far as customer service goes. When I first walked in the door I was immediately greeted by someone & let them know that I had an appointment to meet with Ivan... he walked us over to his desk and went to find our sales rep. Ivan and I had spoken a few times previously regarding a few different cars that I was quoting out since I was undecided on which car. Ivan was a pleasure he was able to get everything taken care of for me since I work an hour away from the dealership he was able to work out the bank approval for me so that when I got to the dealership it wasnt all this back and forth and waiting for hours. I sat down, got the information I needed over to my insurance company then immediately after we met with the finance manager who was FANTASTIC! Not only was he friendly, personable but he was actually very funny,n my fiance & I had a pleasure chatting with him! I never once felt rushed out, or uncomfortable with the process. After signing the paperwork my car was waiting for me right outside the door just waiting to be driven away! Ivan sat inside the car with me and went over all details and answered all of my silly questions. I am more than confident that in 3 years I will be back for my next Acura. The dealership is very clean and elegant. Everyone there is courteous, cheerful, and polite. Vehicles look beautiful, and each one is worthy of being taking home. Unfortunately I can only afford one! I bought an ACURA TLX, and I absolutely (love it)!!! Vehicles are equipped with top notch materials and have build quality that cannot be questioned. Acura has all the latest safety advancements and tech you can handle. Their vehicles are luxurious, elegant, sophisticated, and fast!!! Their pricing is also on point, and they give you a lot more for Less versus the competition!!! They are just as good as the competition if not better!!! And with the addition of the new (out of this world NSX), its a wrap!!! The sales associate that helped me out was the best ever! It was like hanging out with a friend that Ive known all my life! The experience was simple and easy with no pressure whatsoever! Before, during, and after the test drive, every single feature was explained to me. It was a pleasant experience and I have absolutely no complaints. Like I said, it was like hanging out with a friend. There is no better way to explain it. I highly recommend him. His name is Alfredo Sierra!!!
