ATTENTION!!! PLEASE READ PRIOR TO PURCHASING A VEHICLE FROM THESE DISHONEST PEOPLE. First off I hate even giving these fraudulent people one star. Back in December we purchased a car for 12,999 with 3,500 down. GiGi states she will mail a copy of the finalized contract. 2 hours after buying this car, transmission is shot and needed replaced. When calling the loaning bank they state that the total loan was 42,000!!! Huh???? Email after email, headache after headache and lie after lie here we are 4 months later still dealing with it. To put the icing on the cake, this beautiful Easter holiday we are trying to enjoy breakfast with our family and GiGi steals our car from the parking lot. Dont worry she didnt make it far, 8 cops at gunpoint got her down the street. She told the cops the car was a repo??? And had an extra set of keys!!!! Its cool though, ask her who drove away with the truck. We already have an attorney on the case and this just added fuel to the fire. So I guess I should have thanked her. TAKE THIS AS A WARNING. UNLESS YOU DONT MIND BEING LIED TO AND LIKE THROWING AWAY EXTRA MONEY AT HER BENEFIT, THEN BY ALL MEANS BUT A CAR FROM THEM. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS!!!!

I would like to comment on the outstanding customer service received by the General Manager. I have interfaced with countless sales representatives from multiple dealers over my lifetimes. Without a doubt, here has been the best sales person I have dealt with. From my first call to her, she was professional and responded to me quickly regarding a car I was interested in. She worked well with me to discuss my needs. Everything she did was honest, straight forward and she delivered on our expectations, right through to the delivery of our shiny, new car as well as subsequent follow-up to ensure that I was a happy customer. I sincerely hope that everyone who goes to Prestige gets the great professional customer service form her and the rest of the rest of the staff thank you prestige motor sales!!! Brooklyn is truly where its at :)

crooks. they sell lemons, they try not to give you copies of any of your paperwork, cant tell the difference between a shredder and a fax machine, add bs fees. Sold me a truck with a blown head gasket, it was mixing oil and antifreeze, i had to replace the engine. i told them the tires were bald when i first looked at it and they would have to replace them, they gave me 5 different, crappy tires. tire pressure sensors never worked. Ive had nothing but problems with the truck since i bought it. shady mofos, dont buy anything from them. theyre just waiting for someone angrier than I, to set fire to their trailer.

My husband brought a 2008 Nissan Pathfinder they say that it was going to be $8000 and he put $3500 deposit and the paper work say 24000 and they say thats not the real price. After one month when he checked they say that he hold 20500. He call the prestige dealer they lied and say that the car was never $8000 and deleted the car right away from they website after called but they have plenty cameras which they did not want to pull, The car have bad engine the horn doesnt work, the heat does not work and so many more problems, please stay away from this place they will scam you badly .

lovely and helpful staff from the moment i called there office they answered all of my questions, and followed through . I have to say that looking for the car for the past few weeks was difficult with so many deceptive advertisement but I finally found a dealership that stuck to everything advertised online I was not tossed to a million representatives to get help LIKE MOST OF THESE USED DEALER!.I was not looked at just on my credit and was given a great deal on the car and monthly payments in love with my new car !

First off I must say that prestige motors customer service was outstanding. They answered every question I had and was very patient with me threw out the whole time I was there. Me and my brother were both impressed by the quality and condition of the carand knowhow they displayed when asked certain questions dealing with new car owners. I will recommend this place to everyone I know and Im also looking forward to doing business with them again in the near future

Transmission dead in less than 2 months theres nothing honest about them theyll lie to get there buck theyll steal save ur money go to and official dealer these used car people jus want ur money they buy cars from the auction without knowing the mechanical issue n sell them n sell u a dream along with it dont do used dealers if the car was so good the dealer would have never sold it to the auction for these used car dealers to buy n resell

THE SUV ONE WEEK AFTER THE START TO OVERHEATING AND I CALL HER BECAUSE I BUY A EXTENDED Warranty AND THE EXTENDED WAS FALSE AND I PAY 800 AND PLUS THE THE WORSE PART IS THAT THE SUV ENGINE BROKE 4 MONTH AFTER SO I LOOSE MY 5,000 DEPOSIT DONT BUY A CAR FROM THAT PLACE YOU GOING TO LOOSE YOUR MONEY

They are not to be trusted, they are liars, all of them....the exterior of the vehicles look good, but internally they do not work, those cars are lemons... I will never ever wanna work with ppl who lie about their products for one dollar....and in the end, ur credit will b shot.....dont for get to ask for the car fax and that can be fixed to look good too, just dont trust them

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! WE DISPUTED OUR DEPOSIT GOT IT BACK THEY TOOK OUR INFORMATION AND GAVE IT TO AN OUTSOURCED LENDER FAKED THE PHONE INTERVIEW AND EVERYTHING!!! Gigi has the WORST customer service. she has been dodging my call for weeks and refuses to help me refinance. She is disrespectful, fraudulent and unprofessional. This was my first time buying a truck. They sold me a truck that needed a new motor, brakes and I have so many problems in the first year i was so stupid for trusting these people. They are horrible people and the biggest liars. Dont trust them please take it from me go any where else. I got the biggest lemon on the street.
