***PLEASE READ THIS FOR YOUR OWN GOOD*** I waited patiently to write this review and today was the final straw that really pissed me off. I purchased a vehicle from Luxury Haus back in June and had I known earlier how terribly they treat their customers AFTER purchase, I would have NEVER bought it from them. Let me list few of the things they really messed up on: 1. They automatically paired me up with an old asian salesperson because my name was asian. Coincidence? I think not. This salesperson was very pushy and did NOT follow thru with his promises. 2. During negotiation, they offered to pay off my early lease termination fee, but after I signed the papers, they acted like as if I misunderstood the situation. After fighting with the management, I received my check a month and a half later. 3. I was also promised a tow hook cover, wheel touch-ups, front bumper repaint, as well as new wheel locks because my car was missing the key. - I received my tow hook cover TWO months later in the WRONG color, after I CONSTANTLY reminded them about it. I took the liberty of fixing the paint at my own expense at this point. - I made an appointment to meet their "wheel guy" for the fix on the scuff, only for them to send me to another location to wait two hours, then back to the original spot to tell me that their "wheel guy" was not going to make it because of traffic. This was a total waste of my time and my money. I told them to just forget about it. - Front bumper repaint? YEA RIGHT, they said they never agreed to it.. Seriously? - New wheel locks - because the car had no key, they promised to send me a new set. But after weeks of no response, they negotiated that if I replaced them myself, they would reimburse me right away. It has been almost two months since I submitted an invoice for the reimbursement, and still no response. When I call them back and am LUCKY enough to get a hold of someone (because they are SOOOO busy) their response is "accounting is closed today", "Ill follow up with it", "can you re-send the invoice".. 4. Once you walk out of their shop, you are NOBODY to them. They will treat you like crap, NEVER responding to your calls, and putting you on hold until you are forced to hang up in frustration. I have NEVER, NEVER dealt with such incompetent people in my life. After I called them several times, the new "manager" promised to fix the situation but as you can see , simple things couldnt even be resolved. So this is how I will respond. And this is not even half of my rant: I did not tell you about their lateness of plates/registration delivery, pressure me to buy extended warranty, and almost $10k of extra fees that they dont tell you until you sign the papers. Please do yourself a favor as a consumer and purchase your car elsewhere. This place is terrible and should not be supported.

***BUYER BEWARE*** I recently was interested in trading in my 2012 Dodge ram 1500 truck for a 2005 Dodge Ram SRT-10 with this particular dealership. I normally Do Not do any business with non-dodge dealerships as I have always bought directly from Dodge in the past and always have great buying experience, but in this particular case Luxury Haus had a performance dodge truck which dodge no longer manufacturers. I actually found their truck on ebay and contacted them by phone which they were more then eager for me to come to dealership. So I took a decent trip from Long Island NY to Leonia NJ to see if i could do business with them and get an estimate offer for my trade-in. At first they were eager to get my business, but as soon as I stepped into the dealership I actually waited around for nearly an hour. They did not even have the truck on the lot and I was passed on to two different sales persons. The whole atmosphere of this particular dealership felt shady and I myself and wife felt uncomfortable from the minute we stepped foot into this dealership. Finally, someone brought the truck to the lot so I could inspect it. First of all, The truck was listed with only 6,045 miles on it so it appeared to be a fairly new truck or to say the least, a slightly used truck. However, after inspection I noticed the truck had been in an accident. I brought it to the sales guys attention and he said that he check the carfax and that he wasnt aware that the truck was ever in an accident. But its my personal experience that not every accident gets reported and a person has to be knowledgeable to notice over-spray paint on the radiator supports and inside fenders etc. There was also a decent size dent in the radiator itself. The hood release latch felt sticky and the hood itself wasnt aligned correctly. So I must WARN anyone who wishes to doing business at this dealership, "BEWARE" Just because they have good looking high-end cars in that lot doesnt mean a thing. The sales guy never gave me an offer on my trade-in by the way, and I didnt even get a follow phone call. I also noticed that that the sales persons voice messaging is full so you couldnt even leave a message if you wanted to. You would have to repeatably call dealership until someone answered the phone. I guess they did not want my business or I just knew too much about cars to notice the truck was in an accident. Whatever the case is,,,Im so glad I did not buy that truck. And after reading other bad reviews on Google which people wrote on Luxury Haus, I couldnt agree anymore.

Freddie, I just HAD to write a review to say thank you for the outstanding service I received from you. From the moment I pulled into the parking lot, I was welcomed with a big smile and a warm Heart! Thank you for your honesty, dedication and patience while selling me my new car last week. I have always been cautious of car salesman, and definitely have a good reason for that, but youve helped to change and redefine that stereotype. Thank you so much for answering all of my questions honestly, and making that four-hour process not in the least bit painful. In fact you were kind to both me and my family that we wanted to adopt you. I love the car I purchased, and I have the comfort of knowing that I was not ripped off. Thats pretty huge when it comes to buying a new car, and its all thanks to you and the service you provided. I also want to thank the staff at Luxury Haus, especially Debbie Vasquez; she was the MAGNET that got me there. I first spoke with Debbie over the telephone as I had many questions about the car I wanted, and if I should visit the Luxury Haus. Debbie never pressured me; all she did was show concern and patiently answered all my questions. I could not wait to meet her and when I did, it was no surprise; she was just as sweet & kind in person. Debbie even called to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. Many thanks to you Debbie for making my experience at the Luxury Haus Great! Lastly, Fred you can be sure that I have told all my friends and family that when they are ready to buy a car the first stop they should make is to The Luxury Haus. They should ask for Freddie and say that they have been referred by Donna. I know for sure that they will walk away with the car of their dreams and a big smile, just like the big smile that you greeted us with when we pulled into the Luxury Haus parking lot!
