Worst company I have ever dealt with! We purchased a 2010 Mercedes Benz GL450 because it was beautiful vehicle and had it shipped to NY. Upon receiving the vehicle the fuel light, the oil light, and the tire pressure gauge light were on. I called and spoke with Keith who sold us the vehicle and was told he would send 20.00 for gas, which was never received. Upon going to get gas the vehicle ran out it and was left on the side of the road late at night until we could purchase some for it. I spoke with John in reference to the mechanical lights being on and he blamed it on the moving company. We then heard a knocking noice on the right side, took it to the shop and was told it would be about 2000.00 to repair. We spoke with John the manager at the time who stated they would send me a check for 1000.00 to cover the repairs and 50.00 for gas thats the best they could do about the situation. After numerous calls daily John was fired or quit and I was forwarded to speak with Frank who ended up being the RUDEST sales person I have ever dealt with. Frank stated John lied and we wouldnt receive anything! A day later we were sent a 200.00 bill stating a temporary tag was issued in my wifes name and photos were taken from EZ PASS due to us not paying at the toll booths, so we had to prove we didnt live in NJ. After calling Milan Motors Frank & Keith made it seem as if we were lying about the situation. My wife was driving the vehicle a week later and the back air suspension went out and we had to park the vehicle to prevent future damages. Again, we called Milan Motors and were told the vehicle was sold AS IS, mind you we had it less than 30 days. We had to pay 200.00 to have it towed to the Mercedes dealership, who stated there were cheap parts placed on it and to repair it would be 2100.00, not to include the knocking on the right side or mechanical lights on in the vehicle. Milan Motors sent us a check for 800.00 after calling daily and practically begging seems like to help with he repairs. The total amount will be over 3000.00 for a vehicle less than 45 days with us. I called numerous times to just share with the owner how we were treated and the lies were told, only to be blown off and told he knows already. If we were someone of prestige or prominence he would have called quick, fast, and in a hurry, but since I am just the average Joe he doesnt have time for me. No customer should ever be treated the way we have been treated. I could not sleep at night if I knew my company got over on someone and handled the situation less than a professional. Lesson learned we will NEVER buy a vehicle offline again! The only person that cares in that office is Sarah. She sent me the rugs for the vehicle after I waited 2 weeks for lying Frank to send them. I Pastor a fast growing ministry and so many people asked us about our SUV, but rest assured I wont smile and say Milan Motors.

Recently purchased a 2011 Audi A5. Living in ct its hard to buy cars out of state cause u never know what your getting into. I happen to be dealing with Keith , after going back in forth over the phone with all the details about the car. Without asking he sent me pics of any imperfections he could see visually. Just so I knew before I took the ride out. After seeing and driving the car I knew that I was leaving with it. Unfortunately after getting home with the car I noticed the brakes were not working properly something I didnt notice while driving home . So dreading the call I had to make thinking its gunna be a lot back n forth . The staff was completely accommodating . I had to take a day off to come back out there but got the brakes and rotors done free of charge. Would also like to thank Sara and John for their roles as well for seeing that I left satisfied and complete. This was my first big purchase and car loan ever. My first experience was good thanks to Milan motors.

I just recently purchased a 2014 Mazda 6 from Milan Motors in Lodi NJ. They went above and beyond to make my experience top notch. John, the sales manager was more than willing to assist me in making things work from A to Z. Sara, the Finance Manager, made the procedure so easy, in two seconds I was approved and with an excellent rate! They even had the car cleaned inside and out, while we signed the paperwork! I had gone to a few pre owned dealerships; and wish I went there first!! Im glad to say these people were extremely upfront and they have gained a customer for life! For anyone looking for a preowned vehicle, look no further! Milan is your go to place!

I had the pleasure of buying a car from Milan Motors this past month.. Great Dealership with GREATER people. They sell you what you ask to purchase not whatever they think you want an there was NO HASSEL. The salesman Keith was Awesome and the finance person Sara was awesome as well getting me a loan that i can afford, an also one of the nicest parts was that the owner was completely DOWN TO EARTH an very nice greeting an seeing if all was ok without you even knowing who he was..i like that an the fact that he eats Popeyes just made him OK with me. I will see them again soon..if you want a good car from a honest dealership this is the place.

I bought VW Routan. I have great experience. First of all, I am Japanese. So my English is not so good. Car shop provide Car fax record. So I am comfortable on the car. He support Car Registration and Tile. Then I get reasonable price. After purchase, I have minor questions on the car. Car shop take care of me very quickly, kindly and professional. (Car Dealer forward question or request to somebody who doesnt know me.) Conclusion I am so impressed that car shop take care of me very well. If my friends is looking for cars, I will recommend to visit car shop to consult them.

I was so please with the service and the car I brought from them... Being that I got rip off and burned before with Union Volkswagen on rt 22 ... I didnt trust dealerships.. But they made us feel very comfortable and at home. They explain everything to us which i appreciate.. Getting my 2014 infinity from there was the best decision we made there friendly, honest and the service was amazing. I definitely recommend them you wont be disappointed

I had a great experience with Milan motors. My car was having problems and I saw that they had a great little sedan that would be perfect for me. Sarah got me into the car in the next day within just a few hours with affordable payments. It was my first time purchasing/financing a car as an adult and she made it very easy and explained everything thoroughly. She was very friendly and professional. As well as the rest of the staff.
