I gave my vehicle into Ford of Englewood to fix the transmission which completely stopped responding while I was driving on I-80 (note: this is a brand new 2016 Explorer SUV leased for 3 yrs with less than 8k miles). The same day that I picked my car from the qualified Ford technician, the transmission completely stopped working AGAIN while I was driving in the middle of NYC. I spoke with the Ford Regional Manager and expressed my concern that the transmission failed 2x and was already serviced by a qualified technician at Ford of Englewood. I requested to enter into a new Ford vehicle with corresponding lease in order for me to not have to drive the damaged Explorer BUT neither the Ford Regional Manager nor Ford of Englewood was willing to accommodate such a request. Despite my written and verbal concerns, Ford refuses to provide me with any alternative except to continue driving the damaged SUV through the lease term. I remain uncomfortable driving a vehicle whose transmission gave way 2x while in the middle of driving but Ford provides me no alternative. I will NOT be leasing from Ford again.

I toke my véhicule for a recal, it didnt have any issue before that, 29000miles. After that they told me I had a transmission problem, it was under warranty so they changed, they also suggested to change the break, oil transmission and something else. They kept the véhicule for a couple of days without giving me a loan, after I got my car back I felt that there was something wrong with it, it made a strange sound on the breaks and the motor. Called them back to complain , nobody responded. I left a voice mail but no one called me back. I had to take it to my Mechanic who fixed it. And said that the break were so bad, knowing that the car was almost new and never made a sound till I brought it back from ford. Im pretty sure they did something to it . Therefore, I would have to fix it over them. And no joke, they charge 700$ just for the break. Then once I told them Ill take to my mechanic, they messed it up. Anyway, the worst experience ever, first of all Ill never buy a ford again. Send, Ill never go back to that dealer, the worst service ever and I dont trust them

Will never recommend...when nothing was getting done and waisting my time, i decided to take search elsewhere, was mislead by Ramon Pena, misinformed by Jeff Ditri, and lied by Sal Aiello...at the end, Ford of Englewood refuse to return my deposit...the most unprofesional dealer i have dealth with... In addition, after a "responce from the owner", Ive tried contacting per request, although theres no name, the sales rep who answer did not offered any info, stating "it was unusual for owner to ask for a call back without leaving name" and cut my call short...rudely and very unprofessional ! If in fact this "Response from owner" are coming from the owner, then the owner should reach out to the customer with the already collected information, and stop sending this generic like responses to all reviews of this type. No one there is transfering no call as per Jim...

Great experience, very good customer service, starting with the owner Ron who personally greet us an assisted us on a late evening visit we made to the dealer. He then arranged for a next meeting with his sales manager Sal for a Saturday afternoon. This gentleman took the time to carefully listening to the different items we wanted to have on our new ford transit XLT. He got us the vehicle we wanted at the finance rate we could afford, he promised the delivery for monday at 6.oo pm and at that specified time we took possetion of the van. All I have to say is it was a pleasurable seamless transaction. These guys are pros What a difference with other dealers. Thank you guys great job.

SAL AIELLO was such an honest and genuine support to us and we are thrilled with the vehicle we purchased from this dealership. He was totally transparent in getting us a fair deal and took care of all the transaction details in a prompt and seamless manner. Even more amazing was that after our car was purchased, something went wrong with it that was not the fault of the dealership. Even though Sal had no contractual obligation to help us out, and no financial incentive to do so, he took care of us 100% and helped us resolve the issue without any additional cost. In an industry where its hard to trust, this guy was the real deal for us and we are so thankful. Highly recommend.

The good this that they had openings for repairs. The bad thing is that after explaining that my horn didnt work, they knew already that the horn was also connected to the alarm. So, they knew it was a horn problem, right? So, I was charged over $200 to "diagnose" what the problem is! Why? They knew it was the horn. On top of that, they determined that it was the horn and it needs replacement. Now, they had to order the horn and charge me another $70 for the replacement horn. I know they want customers but when they do this, they will be losing customers.

Tom Kuasa was not of any help. Their careless service team put the wrong date on the next service date sticker on my car, the oil change warning light went off one year before the supposed date on the sticker. Very inconvenient, we had to take the car to another dealership with an unscheduled date because of that. Tom Kuasa fail to make it up to us. All he said was, We make a mistake, without any apologies... God help you if you take your car there for service.

I have had a great relationship with Ford of Englewood for many years. This is both in purchasing vehicles and also in the servicing of them. I feel that there is trust between the Ford of Englewood and myself and my family members. This is so valuable to me. Ive been a customer Ford of Englewood for several years. The service Personnel Tom and Rolando are very knowledgeable of ford products and service. Its always a comfort to a customer when they have that type of support. And its also good to have someone to explain whatever the problem may be with your vehicle or just a routine service making you feel at home caring and service is what brings the customers back.
