HORRIBLE ! My wife and I have purchased lots of goodies from this location and up til now we havent had any issues. However, I recently purchased a "50 Shades of Gray" themed fantasy kit. When I brought it home and opened it I realized that the items inside were absolute JUNK! Not a single item could be considered high or even good quality, certainly nothing that we would consider using. Since the kit was not cheaply priced and of such poor quality I figured i would address it with the shop directly. I actually made 2 return visits to the store. On my first I was told to return on a specific day to speak to the owner. On this visit I did see a "no returns sign" posted but I wasnt really looking for a return on the product but maybe some concern from the owners or whomever purchases these items. On my second visit the owner was not in but the person at the shop offered to pass on my concerns. What I got floored me! I was essentially told, you got what you paid for !!! I was expecting at the very least an empathetic and concerned small business owner, worried about the quality of these very intimate items. No such action, unfortunately. The owner couldnt even be bothered to call me directly, instead the message was passed along by one of the employees. I will never shop at this location again nor would I ever recommend them to anyone. I prefer to patronize small local businesses but certainly not when they take this approach to the products they sell and their repeat customers.

There are two sides to every story. In response to Mr. Murphys horrible review. The kit he purchased for approximately $69.99 + tax contained 11 items. Therefore, each product in the kit averages out to about $6.37. Did he truly believe he was going to get remarkable S&M products for that price?!!! LOL He walked around for some time and had the chance to buy quality items of that nature at a much higher cost but chose not to do so. Instead of taking his quarrel up with the manufacturer of his purchase he harassed my employees for days. He finally got someone on the phone who told him, in a constructive tone, no more than the truth, that he did in fact get what he paid for. He accused the employee of calling him cheap, which she never did. Had he expressed his concern in a different manner he may have got better results. One catches more flies with honey. Nice try Mr. Murphy. I have many customers who appreciate the products I sell and the customer service I provide. Next time choose carefully!!!
