I had a terrible experience with the staff at this Rite Aid Pharmacy. I went there today after being diagnosis with an upper respiratory infection and I wanted to pick up my prescription. I was already not feeling well when they told me that my insurance card wasnt valid and that I wasnt covered. They called my insurance to verify and said my card was indeed not active. So I left the store and called my insurance company myself. They told me that I am indeed covered and that the store must have made a mistake. (They had done this same thing to my boyfriend only days earlier) So I went back to the pharmacy hours later to tell them this information. They were extremely rude to me and told me that there was no way I was covered under this card. So I told them to call my insurance company back themselves. I sat there and waited and not even 3 minutes they called me back up saying that I am actually covered. They made up some thing about my card being expired which is not true because my dad actually works for the insurance company. So they messed up but made it seem like I was stupid and that it was my fault. They didnt even apologize for making me wait for my medicine for about 7 hours. I will definitely not be going back to this store ever again. I was extremely disappointed.

The cashier put what I thought was a receipt into my bag but it was a slip with a survey. I called and talked with Ayesha who was very professional and looked up the receipt information and called me back and offered to fax it to me. It is very nice to talk with people who are professional and pleasant.

Rite aid is ok, but when I called, I was waiting on hold for 20-30 minutes and finally someone answered, and they said, "sorry, just a few more minutes." And after 1 min, they hung up! I was really annoyed, the staff and people on the phone were terrible

I love Rite Aid. Lynn at the front counter gives the best customer service ever. She puts a smile on your face even on the gloomiest day. The prices cant be beat either. I used to be a CVS fan but they cant compete with Rite Aids prices.

Never have enough cashiers working... always have to wait on a long line to check out for 1 or 2 items. Also, they seem to have a lot of problems with their credit card machine.
