The customer service here is beyond horrible!! My card was not working because it was not active. They did not offer to call my insurance and bothered to tell me until after 5pm, knowing that department would be closed. What annoyed me the most was how they talked down to me, and my family over the phone because I was trying to find the right card for them. They are so unprofessional!! I wasnt in anyway combative or out of line to these people. I had family who have travelled from paris to visit and they told me how rude they were at the store. All they asked for was cold medicine!! Lol I couldnt believe it until I got medication here!!! Never again!! Maybe it is because I lost my job and I didnt have the top insurance like I use too. I wont ever spend a dime at that store!! Even my doctors office staff agreed with me but they didnt want to discriminate pharmacies. Even patients agreed who have been there said that I shouldnt have gone there. I wish I knew this sooner!!

I have been a customer at this Pharmacy my entire life. I can call or stop in and speak with the pharmacist about anything related to any kind of illness, medication, a mixture of both, and they always know all the answers, and if they dont they direct me to the right place where I can find out. Theyre very patient and respectful and I feel totally comfortable going there and allowing them to know and help with my medical information. They also have a great section where they have a really nice gifts for every occasion and holiday, at reasonable prices. They have a kids section with some pretty cool toys, and they always have stuff on sale.

I have been a custmer for about 22 years. The staff are very friendly and willing to assist. The pharmacists Al and Neil are friendly and extremely helpful. They know there long time customers by name and greet you like an old friend thats visiting. Yes, the store is on Stuyvesant place which has many businesses and parking is extremely limited but its a minor inconvenience.

The Pharmacist is always very helpful, personable, and genuine. Be advised, there is very limited parking on Stuyvesant. The spots are almost always full. However, there is a nearby lot on Wall Street, if you dont mind paying.
