When came with prescription for one item, I was told to wait standard +/- 20 min. Of course it was not ready even tho 4 people was working behind the counters. I came back after another 15 minutes. Lady checked computer and said "not ready , not ready" and was waving her hand like I was annoying fly saying "go back, sit". My medicine was finnaly ready after 45minutes total... guy sitting next to me , even older than myself and with walker, was waiting about the same time so I was rather not some difficult case to resolve, it was rather just a pattern of thoughtless ABC approach to the job performed. My final thoughts - rather dont count on reasoning or management skills at Garfield location. Especially that it is not the only "incident" with long haired "Lady Pride". Ive used several locations throughout last year or two and for customers waiting it was never more than 20 min, often they prepared your medicine before phone/internet orders if they saw you waiting near by. Sometimes pharmacist asked straightforward if you gonna wait or come back later and if "wait" they just got to it first. Secondly... Lady Boss , even tho you are maybe used to it, your pharmacy is not the only one in town, and next town is not miles away, sometimes just 100 feet away with another pharmacy "around the corner". IMO customer service skills ARE important in areas where pharmacies compete with each other and also many patients due to insurance covering whole price dont care much about particular location... unless they meet nice and caring stuff there... Well, I may be wrong...

Horrible pharmacy. Constant issues with a particular pharmacist, Rohal Shah R.PH PIC. Very negative attitude and extremely dismissive about my issues as a client. I was taking Sprintec, and was converted to a lower dose birth control after asking my doctor about it. As it turns out, this lower dose is more than I could afford per pack. So naturally I wanted to be placed back on my usual prescription of Sprintec. I figured it wouldnt be any trouble. Wrong! He missed the call to talk with my doctor (purposefully?) when she called, and didnt bother speaking to her when she called me on my phone. I understand youre not allowed to take calls on a clients phone, but if its just a phone confirmation whats the difference? Instead of giving me a time frame of when this will be taken care of, or AT LEAST calling my doctors office back immediately on their phone, they simply closed for lunch. CLOSED. Wow! How thoughtful for the customer! A person who may have a limited time to visit your dirty stupid pharmacy, is now held in purgatory waiting for your holiness to do some actual work. A simple phone call. Do yourself a favor and go to another pharmacy.

The WORST pharmacy ever, not only the stuff but their managers, we tried give them couple of shots but in vain. No comparison with other pharmacies. They dont really care about the parients and that they cant wait forever for thier paperwork. They dont care if u r in brutal pain infront of thier counter picking ur meds that they confirm its ready while its NOT cz they didnt get thier shipment and anther time cz the papers work was not ready! Bad choice and we are dealing now with Walgreens wayy much better.

awesome stuff, awesome place, but 3/20 of the cash registers are ever open when there are lines upon lines of people wanting to pay for their items, you can never just go in and buy your stuff and get out, also they dont restock often enough
