This is the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. On multiple occasions I have called up to see if my prescription was ready, been told yes, only to drive 11 miles each way to find out I was misinformed. Yesterday I called to see how many of my four prescriptions were ready. Two. OK I’ll try tomorrow so I can get everything in one trip. Today I call and I’m told there are four ready. Drive over, of course there are only three, and not the one I really need. And NOBODY takes responsibility for this.

They are consistently unable to fill prescriptions on time. Absolutely terrible service the past four times that I needed refills. Ive also been told that my RX would be ready within 30 minutes on the phone only to walk there to find out that it wouldnt be ready until tomorrow. What a pathetic excuse for a pharmacy.

they ruined a disposable camera when I asked them to develop it, literally destroyed it, film and all. there were some great memories that i will never get back on there. also, their pharmacy is really slow and they always take longer than they claim they will.

Prescription was called in, came in an hour later, going to take 10 minutes.... Took much longer. Maybe this is SOP at this rite aid, meh. Ill go back because life has millions of minor inconveniences, get over it.

T H E ....WORSE !!! I would rather drive out of my way & go back to Walgreens in Kingston !!! They never have scripts on time, sometimes making me wait days.Too many probs to list !
