Dr. Beckford was switching between lenses really fast and it was making me uncomfortable so I told him that I was feeling uncomfortable. The man moves uncomfortably fast and I am a relatively fast moving person so I cant imagine him working on an elderly person. After telling him that I felt uncomfortable he swung the machine and said have a good day. A physicians touch and voice is supposed to be calming. This man did more harm to me by going to see him then I would have had if I didnt. dr. Beckford I forgive you. However, I dont think that we should wait until Judgment Day for the truth to be revealed about how you treat people.

I went there for a complete eye exam, prescription for contact lenses and progressive glasses. A tall order. Dr. LeMay was thoughtful, careful, thorough, communicative and very pleasant. So were the opticians, who I think own the store. They gave me free reading glasses (cute!) and were most professional. I see so well with the contacts, after backing away from them for 20 years. Very pleasant, even fun experience. I recommend them!

I try to pick up my contact lens every Saturday at 3pm and the store is closed! Store sign claims open till 430 no one ever picks up the phone! So frustrating dealing with incompetence.
