It happened because of a flat tire. No, really! So, it began with a mixup when we made the decision to get exams and eyewear from the local outlet of one of those ubiquitous national chains that accepts my insurance plan. That experience was lacking overall, and, when I received my specs, first they took 3 weeks to arrive, broke in the hands of the optician when being fitted, and then took forever again (another 3 weeks) to be reordered. When they arrived, they were not of the quality I expected, and that chain had no interest in seeing that I was satisfied. Which leads me to the flat tire. I left the house one morning to find that one of my tires had lost its will to live. No problem, I got the tires at Costco, so a few minutes with my inflator, and I was at Costco dropping off the car. What to do then? Shop, of course! Multitasking at its finest. I had never really even browsed the Costco vision center, and with time to kill, decided to swing by and put some of my time in captivity to good use. While there, I was greeted by an exceptionally professional and friendly associate, Fathiyyah, who took me through all the options, gave great advice, and helped me make all the choices. I ended up purchasing not one, but two pairs of glasses. It was a great experience, and really surpassed not only my expectations but the service I have received at standalone opticians my entire life. You could almost say I was glad I got that flat tire. Almost.

Professional eye care office. The service I receive for my contact lenses is of the highest care and compation. Im very happy with my contacts. Never had to order my glasses from costco. I use my other insurance carrier. Thank you.

Good place, but it seems there is always a line while more than half of the registers are closed.
