Try to avoid this clinic! The price is not transparent and they wont let you know how much you need to pay out of pocket till the bill arrives! I had an annual eye exam with them and I sent my insurance information to them before hand. They told me that my insurance would pay for $100 for this exam, which would cover the total expense. In that way, I should pay nothing out of the pocket. (I did ask about the total price, they refused to give me a number but just said it will be all covered by my insurance). However, when the bill arrived, it said that I need to pay for $45 out of my pocket. I called the clinic again and they said my insurance only covered partial expense and I need to pay for the balance. I think this is totally ridiculous! If I had known it cost more than $100, I would have gone to other places! Also, since Im pregnant so I didnt do the dilated eye exam with eye drops. The doctor told me that I can have that part of exam later for free after the baby is born. They still charged me the full price for a comprehensive exam. Now I really doubt that they would give me the dilated eye exam for free later since the lady on the phone said they already gave me the comprehensive exam and dilated eye exam is not necessary. For these reasons, I strongly suggest my friends to see other clinics for their eye exams. There are many good ones in town and you deserve something better!

Very Rude behaving staff. I spent almost 45 minutes for them to complete verifying the insurance and coverage for myself and my son and i was told that polycarbonate lenses are covered for both of us. A lady made the estimate and an there was a second lady who confirmed that everything is all right. But after 2 days I receive a call a call saying that they made a mistake and i should pay more if i want the lens i ordered. When I mentioned its the party who makes the mistake which usually pay for the mistake the reply i got was "we dont do business that way". I wonder how a business which makes mistakes and cover it by making the customer pay more or settle for less is going to survive long term.

Have been a customer of Allied for many years. My whole family have had excellent care from detailed eye exams to help with cataracts. Glasses, sunglasses, contacts, eye injuries...we have gone through it all and the people at Allied have always treated us like they were treating a family member. Have recommended Allied to friends and they have all come back and said Thank you, they were great.

Very rude attitude after you finished your purchase. I had problem in adjustment as glasses are extremely irritating. Whenever I got there for adjustment, one of staffs who did adjustment was always bickering. I dont feel she knows what to do. Unfortunately I have to go back there for the adjustment until my insurance can cover my next glasses.

Ive been to many eye care centers in the past and Allied Vision is by far the best. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, eyeglass selection is great, and Dr. Russo is thorough and friendly. I couldnt speak more highly of them. Allied Vision makes going to the eye Dr fun.
