The people didnt pay any attention to us until we found glasses we wanted to buy, we were the only ones in the place. Took forever to order the glasses, but thats expected since they are still using dial up. Yes, dial up. We were told that my glasses would be here on June 2nd, come hell or high water. Even if a problem came up with my lenses, (I have a crazy prescription). The manager of the store said he would have someone call us every step of the process to keep us updated. And if the glasses didnt arrive on the 2nd, for us to call once a day until they arrived. The only time the manager called was to tell us to "Stop calling, the glasses would get in when they get there." Not once during the process did they call. When someone would actually answer the phone, they were rude, would make up excuses, and we got a different reason for why my glasses werent ready every day. After calling and complaining for the THIRD time, someone finally told us that my glasses may not be ready for another 4-6 weeks. Could they tell me why? No. They wont do a refund, compensation or even apologize for THEIR mistakes. DO NOT go to the Visionworks at Alliance Town Center unless you are willing to be given excuse after excuse for poor service. Go the Visionworks off of Denton Highway, the rest of my family went there, they know what they are doing.

Only good thing about this place is the female doctor there on Thursdays. Every other person who works there is incredibly rude and useless. They only offer contact classes to get contacts on Saturday. After repeatedly calling for two weeks and saying I cant do Saturdays I work and can not call out I was pretty much told I had no choice. I went in on a day off and had to make a scene just to have a 10 minute contact class and after two weeks of driving with no glasses or contacts finally got them only after demanding the contacts or a refund. This place is insane I just called because they never gave me my prescriptions and I was rudely told by a nasty older woman with an accent that I have to come in and pick it up and then she hung up. Its illegal to deny your prescription for glasses. I cant even get over how horrible this place is. DO NOT GO HERE Im serious go anywhere else.

DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS. Horror story: I brought my glasses in for a simple restring (semi rimless pair) and now I have a fully broken pair of glasses. I left them for repair, was given no estimated time when they would be ready. For 2 weeks, during which I was lied to, told they were fixed, I went all the way there and no one had even looked at them. I left them again with the assurance they would be restrung this time. Another week later, no call that they were ready so I picked up my still broken pair and brought them to a lenscrafters, where I was shown EXTENSIVE FURTHER DAMAGE to my glasses that Visionworks had done since I had dropped them off. Now they cannot be repaired, only replaced. What was a simple repair has cost me more time and money now, all because of Visionworks. DO NOT GO HERE

I had a great experience at Visionworks today. I called them from LensCrafters in Bridgewater- I waited a week for an appointment at LensCrafters, only to find that , although they are listed as a participating provider, their optometrists dont take my insurance plan. They offered to examine my eyes for $130, though. I found that to be more than a little deceptive and offensive, so I called Visionworks from the LensCrafters store. Beverly checked on my plan within minutes, told me to drive down, and made arrangements for my exam. This was the most pleasant group of people with whom Ive done business in recent history. The doctor was thorough, pleasant, explained her findings, and followed through with Beverly as I chose glasses. I couldnt be more pleased!

This place is so disorganized! Had to wait over an hour for my appointed time to have my exam. Had ordered a 6 months supply of contact lenses and a pair of glasses. Received a call from Vision works telling me that both my glasses and contacts have arrived. When I went in to pick up my two orders, the young girl that was suppose to be working there was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL by laying her head down on the desk while on the computer. Didnt acknowledge my presence, then had to ask me 3 TIMES for my name!(I should have walked out at that point) Finally, she got my glasses! What?? No adjusting?? Where the hell are my contact lenses?? THEY LOST MY CONTACT LENSES AND HAD TO REORDER THEM??!! Sorry, you lost a customer!

Great caring Dr great for emergencyveyevpain, will tske care of an emergency patient immediately. Also are not pushy sales folks. They give you plenty of time and space to consider you choices. They are also very helpful when you are on a tight budget. I have been going here for years even before the name change. They are a great place send your if there even is a wait they are fair, professional, and except walk-ins. They also except Medicaid and except ssi Medicaid hmo united health Care to cover the cost of contacts. This place is amazing and convenient.

Horrible place ever to go to staff is so rude and fake. They need to get a new job no one at this place knows anything about glasses and insurance and their work. Being a doctor my self I have the interaction with the staff completely dude very unprofessional and should be reprimanded. They need to know about hippa law they disclose patients file to other patients they talk about them as well. Please rethink on going there Im also reporting them to osha and to the attorney general as well. They also committed fraud as well.

I was there today for an appointment and the wait was 2 hours long for 2 people ahead ofor me. I patiently waited and during the eye exam I felt the doctor had no idea what she was doing, she seemed to be very anxious and didnt know how to interact , she was awkwardly silent because I feel she didnt know what she was doing, probably why it took 2 hours. I hope my lenses in my glasses will be right or Im going right back. They need a new doctor who is a little more knowledgeable and experienced with people. I would avoid.

I ordered glasses in the beginning of December. I was told it would take 14 business days for the glasses to be ordered. I called Visionworks on 12/22/2015 was told glasses were ordered, but they did not receive them yet. I called January 2, 2016, spoke with the Manager was told the glasses were never ordered. The Manager said I could go to Visionworks to place a new order the same day, she said she would wait for me. When I arrived the office was closed.

The worst place! You are given an appointment time but expect to be seen by the optician an hour after your scheduled appointment which is horrible service because there is a reason why you have an appointment and that is to not have to wait. The excuse? "Oh Docs running behind" and why is that the patients business? Extremely unprofessional staff and service. I wish there was a 0 star option because they do not deserve not even one star.
