The worst place for sure. I had no insurance and this was my first time purchasing glasses so I easily spent $500 only to not get my glasses. One hour lab? Try 5 days and counting. I had to call several times to ask about the status of my glasses because they were out of a certain lens I needed and each time I was greeted by a rude lady over the phone telling me that theyre just not in yet. When I asked if they would know when it would come in, first I was told 5-6 days, then I was told 7-10 days?! Which one is it. Theyre totally clueless. And I asked if they had a tracking order to at least track it so theres a more certain timeline, I was informed that "no, we dont". So I chose to laugh about the situation by saying "I guess Ill be blind for another 7 days then, thank you", I was hung up on. I can truthfully say that this is one of the very few times I was even thoroughly disgusted by customer service, if I could even call it that. Currently looking on their website to see if I can get a refund because I would 100% rather give my money and business elsewhere! You suck LensCrafters! Especially that snobby woman answering your calls! Unamused.

Worst place ever to spend cash it they advertise 90 days return and get your money back. But when I went to retrieve my money back they told me that they did not have enough money in the store this has gone on for more than a week and yet still they cant give me my money. The only option they gave me was too weak to 2-3 weeks for a check when I paid in cash. Some national chain

They refused to give me my prescription, saying it was expired, even though my eyesight hasnt changed. They tried to get me back in for another visit. Hundreds of dollars spent for rudeness on the phone, and I was hung up on. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Just picked up my glasses, which they were able to get done in time for my business trip, they fit and look great. Service was excellent, very friendly and helpful in selecting my frames.
