bought a cake with fungus inside. i bought a cake for my daughters birthday on 4/24/17 which was 50%off managers special or todays special $3.99. after cake cutting we found fungus in cake!! little children and adults couldnt eat the cake because of bad smell and greenish fungus in the cake. foodtown not only ruined our birthday ceremony, I am personally have a stomach pain and upset stomach and may need medical attention. is that how they sell old expired cake in 50% off to consumers to empty your shelf for profit?

This was an A&P before bankruptcy, and it was quickly turned over into a Foodtown. The location is convenient, but the time saved by not driving elsewhere gets eaten up waiting in line at the checkout, as the store appears to be understaffed on most visits. Most unfortunate of all for locals: Prices here seem higher than other grocery stores nearby.
