At check-out, my credit card company did not authorized my purchase, so I gave the cashier a different credit card. A few days later, I saw that both cards were charged. Cedar Market acknowledged the duplicate billing but would not issue a refund, store credit, or even an apology. The response was "dispute the one you prefer not to be charged on." Contesting the charge took phone calls, a written affidavit, faxing documents, more phone calls, follow-up, and almost 2 hours of unnecessary tircha. I love the store, but the service (and attitude) in this case should have been very different.

When Cedar Market first opened I thought "oh vey, another store that I will need to check out". Honestly, I cant imagine not entering the store weekly to take advantage of their fresh produce, fine meats, variety of dairy products, pre made main courses, haimeshe bakery goodies, and isolated last minute grab items that I need; all at a very reasonable price. Moreover, the layout of the store makes it easy to push carts and strollers up and down the aisles. All the employees are caring, helpful, and always looking to help. Thank you CEDAR MARKET for coming to TEANECK.

,cA real pleasant surprise! A very well-run and very clean store. Excellent meats! They sell just about everything! Egg roll wrappers? Yup! Srirachi hot sauce? Several choices. Heinz Ketchup? Which one? Original, w/Jalapeño, Organic, HotnSpicy w/Tabasco, w/Balsamic -- these are all Ketchups! The produce section? Really first class. Dont forget to pass by the pastry section. Its packed with some of the tastiest small shop produced pastries (no gloppy sticky buns here). This place puts the nearby Slip-n-Slop store to shame.

I come into Cedar Market every Friday. The precut fruits are delicious! Ive bought small containers just for our family and recently bought a larger fruit platter for a sheva brachot. Everyone thought the fruit was delicious and kept going back for more. Those of us cleaning continued to nibble -- until there was nothing left! Looking forward to shopping for Pesach groceries there!

Great value of sales. Very helpful staff. One stop shopping for produce, bakery,meat, deli, dairy, & grocery. Duvid, the butcher, used to own a store in my town. Now, he has time to smile & give a recipe which allows me to try meats Ive never cooked before ! My only wish is that I could win one contest...I enter almost all, but have won 0, lol.

I love Cedar Market for so many reasons! The ease of parking, the cleanliness of the store, the incredible produce, meat, fish and bakery selections. The sushi is awesome! Its worth a trip from anywhere... I look for excuses to make the trip to NJ (from Riverdale) so I can shop at Cedar Market. Sushi specials, fresh produce, fish, fattening cheese rings in the fresh bakery, onion breaded cutlets, and just about everything in the store make me wish I lived in Teaneck.

Cedar Market has instantly become my favorite grocery shopping destination. They have the best kosher butcher youll ever meet, an insane spread of super fresh – and mind you affordable – produce, and of course quality sushi with an always-available 2-for-3 deal. I cant recommend this place enough.

I shop often at Cedar Market. It is immaculate, well-stocked, and for Kosher food, prices are very good. I especially like their fresh sushi, and baked goods. My wife and son like their poultry (I dont eat meat). They are very helpful and friendly and have great (long) hours. Hope its successful.

best place to buy kosher meat and kosher pulatry. and also to buy pita bread as well. fruit and vegetables here are less expensive than walmart. if you visit nj than this is the place where you supposed to shop after kosher products.
