After getting my eyes examined, I purchased a pair of glasses. The first set of lenses had the focal point in the wrong place. They remeasured my eyes and gave me new lenses with the focal point in the correct location. Unfortunately, when they ground the lenses (done on premises), the area where the machine holds the lenses was scratched. I went back to have the lenses replaced. This happened 2 more times. They finally fixed the machine and I received the glasses with the correct focal point and scratch free. However, after several weeks of cleaning the lenses with the included scratch resistant cloth, swirl marks appeared on the lenses. The lenses I purchased were supposed to be UV treated, scratch resistant, and anti glare. I have never had a pair of lenses scratch so easily. Im not sure if they offer a warranty, but I could not stomach going back and dealing with the two women working behind the counter. I live within a 1/4 mile from Optical & Hearing Center, but due to the quality of the product, and the service I received, I will not be back.

Very incompetent office. Called on Monday to get my contact Rx faxed over, said it would be done first thing in the morning because it wasnt able to be done on Monday for some reason. Didnt receive fax, so called again on Tuesday and doctor left already, so now I cant get it until Thursday! I told Kelly multiple times that i NEEDED my Rx since I had no contacts left, she continued to say that it would be sent over Thursday. I asked if there was a doctor on-call to sign the Rx, she said no, they all left. I told her I was not asking if any doctor was still there, I was asking if a doctor could be contacted via telephone to get my Rx to me. She continued to tell me that everyone left!!! Not only do you get gouged for out-of-pocket costs in this office, but you cant even get decent competent service to get your Rx. If Im lucky, Ill get it next week! INCOMPETENT

I have a family of 6 and we have been getting our eyes examined and glasses made at the optical center in oakridge for 5 years now and we absolutely love it. The friendly staff have been nothing but polite and knowledgeable. My youngest has a severe eye prescription and the doctor i take him too always comment on how great the glasses were made( not the doctor in their store). I use their doctor as well as my wife and rest of the kids. I would recommend them to anyone. Great job thanks guys!!!!!!!

Im so glad there is a place like this close to home, i hate ordering my contacts online cause they always come in wrong. i love that i can just walk in and pick them up. great place!

Friendly staff and great experience. The doctor is very knowledgable and spends extra time with every patient making sure they are happy with their exam, contacts, or glasses.

They wait for you to come to their office to tell you they dont accept your insurance. Incompetent staff. The wait time is way too long.
