I have dealt with the New Brunswick store for a few years, and found the service TERRIBLE. I have seen just a few employee changes, but the service does not get better. Its truly unbelievable how long it can take to get an item from the counter. Therefore, when I needed to order a fixture, I figured I would deal with the Tinton Falls location- corporate headquarters. Unfortunately, the order got messed up and I tried dealing with them, but they too are TERRIBLE so I decided to deal with the manufacturer directly to resolve the problem. I dont know how this company stays in business and I blame the management for allowing this to occur over an extend period of time. I just wish they were a publicly traded company so I could short the stock, or better yet be in a position do clean house. I choose not to deal with them anymore.

Very surprised how competitive the prices were last time I visited a supply house about 10 years ago and these prices were very competitive especially compared to the big box places
