I received a warranty replacement phone through Verizon Wireless. The return instructions in the box said to affix the new shipping label on the same box the new phone was shipped in and then drop off at a UPS store. I chose the one close to my house at the Concordia shopping plaza in Monroe Township, NJ. When i handed the box to the store owner he stated that he could not accept the box because it had Fed Ex written on the box. I thought to myself that maybe I read the note wrong and i was supposed to go to FedEx, but the store owner told me it was a UPS return label. I showed him the Verizon return instructions and he got very upset saying that this is a Verizon issue and he will not ship anything in the competitions box. I was outraged. I asked what I should do and he said that I would nee to purchase another box and if he couldnt remove the label without damaging it I would have to pay for a new shipping label. I asked if i could use his Sharpy marker to cover the Fed Ex logo and he said he would still know it was there. He wanted me to pay for a new box. I called Verizon and they were very upset and they are going to escalate this immediately.I called UPS corporate and they gave me the complaint number for UPS stores complaint department. I am still waiting for their return call. I was humiliated by this man and will never step in his store again and i hope no one else does either. I wonder how many people he does this to to try to make money illegally on? Note- I ran into a UPS truck and told the story to the driver. he took the package as is and laughed. He stated that he heard stories like this and other about this same store owner. He also said that UPS would take any box as long as there was no nudity or vulgar language written on it. I have never been given the option to buy a full roll of masking tape for over $5.00 or being charged 50 cents for a piece...and I mean a small piece of tape used to close a small box being sent to Verizon! It was embarrassing!!! And, with an attitude no less! The customer service is horrible and I felt as if I was being haggled for a little or short piece of tape! This world has become so harsh.

After UPS delivered a damaged package to my home which meant my item was also damaged, I had to return to them which was inconvenient. The UPS Monroe Twp Concordia did not want to accept it Because it was damaged! Unbelievable! because box was damaged!

The worst UPS store I have ever been to. The ask you to leave your pacel there, unsealed and with no label until they get to it. They attempt to charge you much more than you need to pay. Dont go to this store!!

This store is terrible, customer service is bad and the front counter guy is more focused on his phone than working. Go to another one by all means
