They go above and beyond to help you get your project done right. I spent over four hours in their hair - into the wee hours of the morning - and they all were so patient with me and extremely helpful! I left feeling completely confident that my canvasses are going to come out looking the very best they can be. They let me edit it and edit it until my OCD was satisfied... which was a lot of annoying, obsessive, nit picking editing. They actually made me feel welcome, like they enjoyed my company! I am excited to go pick up my finished pieces tomorrow!! Plus, this is the first time I ever had a need to print canvas pictures to hang on the wall, and there just so happened to be a buy one get one free promotion going on. Love getting a great deal!! You wouldnt believe the effort that they put into one of those things. Anyway, this is the millionth time Ive used this great store, and I always have a pleasant experience (both with the shipping and the printing). I hope this place exists forever.. where else can you go to get your important business done in the middle of the night?

I used this FedEx frequently without any problems so if you need to ship here for the most part its ok. My issue with this place is the manager. I was sending out a laptop for warranty repair using their FedEx box for notebooks. I already used the box once because this was a second warranty issue I had so I figured I would save myself $10 for the cost of the FedEx notebook box and reuse it. There was a small dent on the side of the cardboard box and the manager decided that this was unacceptable to ship because the box was now compromised and the small dent could "possibly" damage the laptop. I didnt take this bullcrap and I just said it was ok and I would return with a different box. He was forcing me to purchase a new cardboard box which I felt was ridiculous considering his argument. I went to the FedEx in Piscataway right afterwards. Sent my package and went home.

Came here as usual to ship a lightweight item, customer service told me he cannot accept it because is no filler paper. I informed him that I have been doing the same routine without filler paper for the past 6-7 times, when questioned upon why the change all of sudden, he repeatedly said he cannot accept it without filler paper. I then asked to speak with a supervisor, was told there is no supervisor on Sunday, and that I would have to come back Monday. Not only is this delaying business for me, but also it has cost me an additional trip to get this resolved. Awful experience.

I went to this Fedex store to ship a vacuum. Online quote is $46+, a girl in the store quoted as $49+, close but higher. I went to UPS store, which charged $64+. So I went back to the Fedex store, this time the gentleman who is assistant manager by his badge,told me the box was not good, he had to add a new box with charge. He took long time to calculate, told me that the ground shipping was $96, before he told me extra charge, I left. Same store, just about half hour, the price jumped more than double. Avoid the store.

Pros: excellent quality, open 24hrs, skilled workers; Dan is a professional by every sense of the word Cons: the rest of the staff is friendly at first, but will give you attitude eventually. Wait times can be obscene. And good God, they are expensive. They do good work, but the paper isnt made of gold. This is good for last minute, desperate times, only. Otherwise, do yourself a favor, and order early from Staples.

Used FedEx for the third time, and each experience has been easy and efficent. Thanks to the 2 young fellows at the counter everything went smoothly and I was given some ideas for the next time. Will go back for sure next time I need something sent out. Shipped a small package last yesterday to CT and it was delivered safe and sound this morning.

I came in to the store last weekend, and right off the bat...the manager of the store greeted me with a warm welcome. I was in an emergency situation and I received amazing help from Jim who was very patient and helped me complete my work. Refreshing and awesome to experience good customer service as its very rare these days!
