Absolutely wonderful! Associates are always friendly and ready to help. If they are unsure of a question, they always seek out another employee to make sure their information is correct so nothing goes awry. They make a very knowledgeable team.Training classes are some of the best in the area, and their grooming services are great. I also hear they have a cat groomer as well. Store is hardly ever crowded, parking is easy, and the location is easy to see and find. It took me forever to even find where the Princeton store was! They know my dog by name, and even ask how she is when I dont bring her with me. An overall wonderful place to shop for my fluffy (and scaly) family members.

Bad things: Its easy to find some of the things that I need for my hamster, but sometimes the information they give me would be behind. And when I want to get two little dwarfs I have to go to another store or ask to go into the back. When I have 5 baby hamsters its hard to find any hamster mother stuff, so I end up going on amazon. Rats are also hard to find there too -_-" Good things: its great at giving recomendations when needed, its easy to find many useful things for your pets. Its a great way to also use somethings and turn it into a better version (DIY) its cheap too (depending what pet you have) :>

I just called and spoke to an associate who was able to look up my receipt for our purchase a month ago. Now I can apply the receipt code when I add the pups name to a name tag we purchased. Any associate could and should do something like this, but this young woman helped me with a tremendous amount of good cheer, confidence and common sense. Our first visit to this store the day we adopted our puppy was an equally positive experience. I commend the manager of this store for maintaining such a positive atmosphere.

my chow chow, Peaches, groomed by Blair and i cannot say enough good things about the experience!! My dog looks fabulous and she was happy to go in the grooming salon which is a first in all my years of getting my dogs groomed i have never had a dog willing enter the grooming area. Peaches appeared relaxed and happy when she was on the table (i peaked around the corner) and she was happy when i arrived but not overly anxious to leave. THANK YOU Blair for an outstanding grooming experience!

This store is like a leap of faith, sometimes the workers know what theyre talking about and the fish are in good condition while other times the workers are not well informed of the fish, for instance one time a worker had recommend a chiclid for my tank, it was my first batch of fish ever and the chiclid mass murdered them, that was a mistake on both my part and theirs. Its not a bad store, just be well informed about what you want before hand.

This PetSmart, though not the most busy store, has very friendly staff, and keeps their store well. The Grooming Salon is excellent as well, the Supervisor Erin does a fabulous job with my puppy, and shes very adept at what she does. Overall, this is my go to PetSmart in Central NJ, and its the best one out of all of them!

I just waited for 10 minutes while they tried to contact the grooming department. I was transferred back up front 4 times. Finally they had to go back and tell grooming to pick up. When they finally did they informed me of no openings for 3 days and were rude. I will never go back to this location.

Employees were great!!! First time for our cat, Pepper, and we was able to get her a leach and a harness on clearance. The main reason we made the visit. We felt very welcome. Thank you ladies!!

This place used to be a very helpful, neat, and upstanding pet store. I believe that the recent management has changed a lot for the worse and hope to see it live up to its former glory.

Every since about two months ago, this store has gone down hill! Its dirty and messy and service is horrible. Princeton and North Brunswick PetSmarts are right down the road, go there !
