Worst puppy training class experience ever. Traitor named Lily always absent the class without a excuse. Until now, for the puppy training class Ive attended on Oct. 2016, still not finish! its just a 6 weeks class section, but lasts for more than 4 months. For the experience in the class also unsatisfied, Lily not fair to everyone, she always prefer to talk with a beagle which already has a good behavior. But she always showing proud, like it was all her work. That dog is a good boy since the 1st class. I wish she can have any good training idea for those naught dogs. Thats the really reason we attended the class. I attended to a Petco Puppy training class about 4 years ago, their training sections are much better than I have in Pet smart. After I married and moved to New Jersey, and my husband dont know how to training a puppy, we choose Pet Smart(only because near our home).... but it is really the worst experience ever.

Call it personal preference, PetSmart is my favorite of the "big box" pet supply chains. Youll pay a little more for basic supplies (food, litter, etc) than you might at the discount stores like Wal-Mart or Target, but will be rewarded by clean, wide, shoppable aisles, and friendly employees. Personally, I gladly pay $1 more for a basic bag of pet food, rather than deal with the chaos at the Wally World in the same shopping center. Careful shoppers will also use their PetPerks rewards cards, to receive offers and coupons. Check those register receipts - at random, youll get a $5 off coupon in exchange for a quick survey. This location offers dog training and grooming, although I have not used those services. They also support local rescue/adoption efforts. The best part? This is my dogs favorite store, since hes allowed in!

horrible customer service. all surrounding petsmaETA were booked for grooming. this place u 3 people sitting there doing nothing. I walked in with 2 puppies and without even asking their age Maria said that they were not able to cut them because of their policy. ??? When I asked for the policy, they were not able to provide it. She said " thats just the way it is". She touched my puppies as if they were infected. NEVER GOING BACK. By the way my puppies have been previously groomed by the Petsmart in North Brunswick. Way better service.

They are professional and friendly....My dog used to take classes there and all the staff that I have came in contact with are great...No issues here and they are good to my dog...Big Thanks to Kyle who works in grooming who is the best with my dog Rok....He is the only one who I like to groom the big boi....Greatest Petsmart Ever....

love the PetSmart in North Brunswick I have been bringing my dog there for a few years for grooming all the ladies are very nice and do exactly as I ask and the price is very good I have used mobile groomers who are good too but for the same service I pay much less at PetSmart. No complaints here so far.

Unlike the other Pet Smarts that I call in my area the North Brunswick, NJ is always accommodating in the grooming dept. They are always pleasant and nice. They make room for you which is highly appreciated. My dog Hamilton loves them! Thanks Guys!

The people are always friendly and helpful. They always have a large variety of pet food to choose from. The groomers are caring and do a good job. Prices are good and can usually get discounts with your Pet Smart card.
