Awful... Took my golden retriever there to be groomed.. Instead of telling me they couldnt handle their job they not only decided to shave her but didnt even completely shave her when they decided to call me and tell me to pick her up... I was horrified knowing a listeners dog groomer did this.. If I wanted her to look like a mess I could have paid my 5 year old Nephew to groom her. Now my poor dog is not only traumatized (there is not doubt in my mind they mistreated and were mean to her) but she is so sad and lethargic when she is normally a very happy dog. Called to speak to a manager and she was nasty and useless.. Refusing to give me her name because she didnt want to deal with the ramifications of her attitude and her employees terrible work. You couldnt pay me to use that place again...definitely not animal lovers over there. DEFINITELY DO NOT USE SAM

I brought my dog in for grooming, hes temperamental to say the least. I let her know going in that he nips sometimes and has some health issues. After a while I got a call saying they got him in the bath but couldnt do the cut because he was too overwhelmed. When I got there I found out there was no charge. They managed to wash him dry him and clip most of his nails and still were not going to charge me because they couldnt get the cut done. I cant say how pleasantly surprised I was by this. They recomended o go somewhere a little smaller with less noise and people because or his anxiety. They have done wonderful jobs on my other dogs and are so pleasant. I highly recommend them!

And also come for Linda ( i think thats her name i was too busy looking at her ass) the nice girl who helped me out with my cat bruh she had the biggest ass I can imagine yooooo Im telling you man her ass was like those Brazilian women in those videos but she was mad nice about my cat bro I didnt even want it I just wanted her number but she got a man idc I let the cat go outside the store but man bro that ass!

I signed up for the pet perks program and receive great deals by email fairly often. The grooming salon treats my puppy very well and the banfield pet hospital while moderately priced, has doctors who really care for all the pets they see. I only wish they were able to see my Eclectus parrot.

I went with my Standard Poodles on 3 different occasions and Chris was the best so far on his cut of our Standards. There groomerChris is very good and I have been very pleased. $75 for grooming including shampoo, clip, nails and ears is a great value for the quality of the cut. SJR

Very large pet store with lots of options for food and other pet supplies. It is really one-stop shopping for you pet. We have a Golden Retriever and we get everything she needs from the store. Easy to get to also.
