UPDATE: I FINALLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER. I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED THEM ABOUT THE MISSING PRINTS, AND THE PROMISED TO SHIP IT NEXT BUSINESS DAY. 5 DAYS LATER - STILL NO TRACKING NUMBER. CALLED AGAIN, THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY RUDE AND COULD NOT TELL ME WHEN (OR IF) THE ITEMS WOULD SHIP. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE REPORTED FOR FRAUD. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. The advertise same day shipping but this is a lie. I placed an order on a Wednesday morning and my photos were not shipped until Monday afternoon. I called customer service and they said that since I ordered more than 1 print, the same day shipping did not apply. I also chose USPS shipping, and they shipped FedEx ground (slower shipment method in my experience). The customer service manager was only able to say sorry, it only applies if you only buy one poster, and offered no other help or compensation. Havent seen the prints yet (because they wont be arriving until next century at this rate), but I would NOT recommend using this site - very little integrity and customer service.

Terrible experience. I ordered a large photo through them and it said low resolution, but still allowed me to print it, took my money and sent me a confirmation email. Well almost two weeks later I still did not receive anything. I finally emailed them and days later (after also calling and leaving a message) they emailed me back and said that the resolution was too low and they needed a higher resolution file. Mind you, there were no capital letters or punctuation. And no name of who was emailing me back. I emailed back and said to cancel the order. I did not hear back again! I finally called on a Monday and the gentleman I spoke to was kind and told me I would get a refund in 2 to 7 days. I received an email the next day stating "this order will simply be placed on hold until a higher resolution file is obtained" Again no punctuation or capitals or who I was speaking with. Nevermind that I DID NOT ask that they hold it! We will see if I get my money back!

I placed an order on February 10th for a poster and received 7 days later damaged. The order was done correctly but not packaged in the best way. I called the company and asked for a replacement they complied with no issues. I attempted to explain a better way to package the item and was met with opposition with a representative telling me they knew what the were doing. I received the order about 8 days later with the same low quality packaging and damaged even more so than the first. I once again called and received a "company line" apology and was promised by a "floor supervised" that my item would be personally printed and packaged by him and shipped using 2 day shipping. after not receiving the item for a week i called and found out that the item had just been printed the day before and the gentleman i spoke to was on vacation.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY They do not live up to their 100% Satisfaction guarantee...they say shipping same day. I ordered on 6/6 and it was shipped on 6/21 late for my event and it was also poor quality. They said I could have a store credit but would not refund my money. I read them their Return Policy they have posted online and he said that they basically would not live up to the policy and I could have a store credit and that was it...VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Awful. They never answered my emails, non of the tracking they provided worked, they were unhelpful on the phone, and the stuff i ordered is late. By far the worst print company Ive dealt with and I never will use them again. I cant even speak to the quality of the product, because it still hasnt arrived (it should have been here 2 Days ago), but the service alone is awful, so the product showing up perfect will make the experience no better

Terrible customer service. I paid for upgraded shipping and the company still sent using UPS Surepost which caused the package to be delivered later. I called to bring up my concerns and the uneducated person I spoke with was of zero help and did nothing to remedy the situation. Typical Jersey attitude unfortunately. You get what you pay for here, avoid at all costs!

My print was perfect but the container was dented so my print was also. They sent another one when I provided pics of the damaged print and container. 4 stars because I had to follow up with them to request an update on my request for a new print. After several days the print arrived in the mail out of no where and then my email came saying it was being shipped out.

Do not use this company! My photos were uploaded at full resolution and the prints I received looked like they had been photocopied ten times. I emailed them and asked for a refund, they said they would reprint the photos but its been two weeks with no response or refund. WASTE OF MONEY, HORRIBLE COMPANY. 0 stars.

LOWSY!!!!! Order taker/ operator Jessie has no customer skills!!! For any question his response was :"Go to the web site" Thats how good businesses go down, thanks to Jessies. Feel sorry for people who hire Jessies. Did not deserve a single star, but I have to give at least one star to post my comments.

I would give them zero stars if I could. They took my money, then told me the order would take twice as much as what the page promised when I paid, and then, when I cancelled it, they never refunded me. WOW. I am not even asking for money because of dissatisfaction. I never even got a product! SCAM.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. I placed an order and they still have not contacted me to finalize the print. I need it for an event 1.5 weeks. Ill be reporting them to the BBB requesting a refund through the BBB and have to pay someone extra to get it done in time! Horrible!
