This is the 2nd year in a row we have used The Bag Lab! I love to use Chat for customer service questions and Rob was able to help me. He was very fast in responding and was able to place the re-order for us. The website was very easy to navigate and very good images of the different products. Definitely would recommend them. There are very few companies in the US that are so dedicated and care about speed and quality of product delivery. Ive had some time to see some of the custom printed bags this company offers, and I am very impressed. I know theyve been around since 1940, so they have a rock solid foundation of experience. If you are looking for custom printed bags, I would highly recommend them. Rob has been extremely helpful!
