When I decided I wanted to do graphics on my vehicle I went to Big Splash with a design in mind. I sat down with Danko and he said to me, "I like what you have but I think I can do something different. Something thatll really make your message stand out." I told him to go for it and the result was OUTSTANDING! The attention to detail from these people is beyond anything Ive experienced before. Their customer focused skills should be commended. From start to finish, I was kept in the loop. I would receive emails and proofs of each portion of the job. I chose a full wrap of my vehicle. It was the best decision Ive made relating to advertising my business. The end result was impeccable. I couldnt believe it was my vehicle. There truly arent enough words I can say to give true justice to the guys at Big Splash Graphics. The owner Danko and his wife Eileen are a pleasure to work with. I will recommend this company to anyone I know looking for quality wrapping and/or marketing products. When the time comes that I purchase a new vehicle, it will go from the dealership right to Big Splash Graphics!!! Thank you Danko, Eileen, Michael and the rest of the crew... you guys ROCK!!!

I am writing this review based on my experience and like everything there will be postive and negative reviews. The issue I have with this company is that they are horrible in getting back to you. I own an hvac company and was interested in wrapping one of my vans. I went as far as meeting the owner and he took pictures and we discussed what I wanted which was a full van wrap. He told me he would get back to me with some ideas on the wrap design. I sure hope he is so busy that he is turning away business because over the course of six months I have not had one call returned and I have called numerous times. I tried handing my money over to this guy but I guess he doesnt want it. I was rest assured by the lady who I spoke with on the phone several times he would get back to me. If they were not interested in doing the work a courtesy call back wouldve been fine. I do not like writing reviews because I feel one bad review does not make or break a company but from one company to another this is not how you handle situations with potential clients.

Danko the owner was a pretty easy guy to get along with. However for our project which was an ice cream truck he passed us off on a newbie hire that had some communication issues. When I went to go see him in person I caught the other employees looking at him and laughing almost as if they knew that he wasnt right for the job socially awkward which is fine but dont hire him in a job where he has to verbally communicate with customers . The wrap was our design essentially but doing it for the first time we received no feedback or creative help. calling them is a pain in the ass if your not spending over a g with them guess people forget where they started when they opened their business but New Jersey isnt known for customer service so Ive become accustomed to bad service no call backs and price gouging. Oh and if its your first vehicle wrap just know that your paying for window square footage too even if theres no wrap on it. Wouldnt use again just for the all too Jersey im doing you a favor by existing mentality.

CAT Limousine has been a client of Big Splash since our inception 8 Yrs. ago. Danko and his crew have wrapped our Limo Buses, and Vans as well as handle all our Graphics needed for DOT. These guys are the Best. Danko has always been there for us when we needed something "FAST-Tracked". In this crazy age of I need it yesterday I know if I call on Big Splash to help they will be there. Big Splash has also designed all our Trade Show Banners, as well as our business cards, and all promotional material.I can also tell you that Danko and Eileen have always been there for all our Charity needs as well. They are a Big Fan of Daniela`s Wish and have supported her since day one. Every client I have sent to them have called me back to say Thank You. You will be in Good Hands !!!

These guys did an excellent job on my car but the best part about this place is there excellent customer service..they take every job seriously even small jobs like mine that was a simple roof wrap they treated it like it was a full wrap job...they made sure everything was done right..I honestly cant believe the last post was these guys...just by how they treated me and my car I just cant see them doing something like that but thats just my opinion.

Danko has been nothing but awesome to work with as well as Eileen and their staff. Needing numerous Party Buses and Shuttle vans wrapped they have been our go to experts. Danko has always been there for us for our charitable needs also and is a class act . Shore Luxury Limos calls nobody but Big Splash for all our graphic needs. Too bad there is only 5 stars or I would have given them a lot more !

Absolutely love this place brought one of my company vehicles to get wrapped. Starting from the ideas the staff had, and then putting everything together, just blows my mind. The professionalism these guys have on how beautiful my van came out is phenomenal. bringing in my next one in a couple of weeks. Good Job guys.

This place is a total rip off - They do terrible work and I would not recommend anyone doing business with these crooks. Not only did it take twice as long to do the job as promised, they billed me for one thing and gave me something else. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
