I went there today to print a color photo on a glossy paper to use in my passport renewal that i needed done urgently - i had it ready to go on a SD card. He said he doesnt handle "legally sensitive" documents. I explained that these were just photos and i dont understand how thats a legal liability for him. Then he said he wasnt able to print on glossy paper because his printers up front cant handle them; after some more back and forth, he admitted he CAN print them (using the printers behind the counter) but just wont do it. Told me he can sell me glossy paper and i can print it myself, and the Walgreens next door also does passport photos. I called the FedEx main customer service line and spoke with a customer relationship staff, inquiring about their policies regarding photos that can be used for passport renewals in their Print & Ship locations. What they told me is that this IS their policy - but basically what i found out was that there isnt a real "legal" issue, but they offer passport photo as a service ($15 for two pics) so they dont want people doing it themselves for a $1. The store owner could have been just upfront about this instead of giving me some "legality" BS and we both would have saved a lot of time and headache. Ended up going to a competitor (Staples - on 1300 N Rte 17 in Ramsey ) and they were able to print (and ship) without any problems - couldnt be nicer. They were actually closer to my home (i just didnt think of them), so i will be going there in the future instead.

Horrible customer service with an attitude. I walked in to drop off my package and this attendant name Harvey came and grab my package and without scanning right away he said he cant ship this item because it was not the original label. How come is going to be the original Harvey if that was emailed to me and need it to be print. If you cant work as a customer service find you self another job and stop your attitude. Harvie you should be let go for good. I went to mahwah and I did not have any problem. Harvey you are the worst and you should be let go. Thanks

Called to verify the package that I was expecting was delivered to the store since it stated so on their tracking website. I didnt want to waste ANOTHER TRIP. The rep told me he didnt know if it was there nor when he would get it. He was very rude and gave me such attitude. Like I was interrogating him and his business and he was on the defensive. Spoke to 4 FedEx reps at their main number besides the store rep and they all had major attitude problems. No customer service to speak of.

I have been using this FedEx location for years. The service has always been good. I do a lot of printing. They communicate well by email. They remember my style from one time to the next so they can prepare what it is I want. The location always has parking, it is always clean and open, the staff is friendly. I have seen them balance multiple customers. They are friendly to everyone. And an added plus - there is a Starbucks next door.

I would recommend avoiding this FedEx location for a number of reasons. For starters, the wait to receive assistance is too long, and once you go to drop off your package for example, they try to convince you that your packaging is insufficient, and try to sell you their overpriced packaging service. Visit the FedEx location on RT. 17 S. in Mahwah - you will have a much better experience.

Horrible customer service with an attitude. I walked in with a fedex envelope and they told me i couldnt use and had to buy one of theirs. I questioned it and they said if I dont like it to go to the fedex office on Route 17. Waited for about 10 minutes as one women was on phone, one guy came out of the bathroom and one took inventory in the store.
