I have never done a review before, but this possibly the worst customer service I ever experienced!! Placed an order for parts told I would be called when they came in. Never received a call. when i Called to check the status of my order, man on the phone acted as if I was being an inconvenience to him. He couldnt initially find my order bcuz his computers were down. He had the worst attitude. Didnt want to help me becuz he had ppl in the store and he was the only one there. Not my problem!!! So he finally finds my order and Im ready to pay then he proceeds to tell me they no longer take payments over the phone???? Wtf?!?! However, when I called earlier in the day I specifically told the woman who took my order (Amanda) that i would be paying with a cc over the phone because I didnt live in area and someone else was picking up the parts to fix my car that evening. I explained this to the guy and he had zero consideration. I honestly think it was bs because he was complaining to me about how long his line was.(as if thats my fault). im sure He just didnt want to wait on me. If he wouldve said sorry Im a little tied up, can I call you back when the line dies down? I wouldve been totally OK with it. I wasnt in a rush. Never offered that. Ive ordered and paid for parts over the phone from auto zone before (in my area) and i never had this problem. I will never order from this place again. Totally rude and unprofessional!!! 5/26/16

The store usually has what you need, the associates are knowledgeable and helpful and the store is clean and well organized. The only problem that I have with and give AutoZone four stars for is that all of the AutoZones Ive been to have only one register that ACCEPTS CASH!
