Had a HORRIBLE experience just trying to junk a car. Called a day before to see if I could get my car junked for the next day. The man on the phone said sure and that someone would be there in the morning. Morning comes and no one is there to take my car. I figure they are just opening so I wait for like 10am till I call for my first time. My first time talking to the guy he said "someone should have been there by now" and that he was gonna call the guy on the truck to see where hes at. He also said hed give me a call back. So a couple minutes go by and I get no call back, then a half hour, then an hour. So I just figured Id call to see whats happening. When I do the guy says the alternator on the truck went out and that they were getting it fixed then. I figure "ok they are having a bad day". But I ask if they would still be able to pick it up that day. The guy says yeah and that hell call me when the trucks up and running. So being somewhat knowledgeable about mechanics I know how long changing an alternator should take, I even factored in some time for letting the engine bay to cool down if someone was driving beforehand. Knowing now 2 times this guy didnt call me himself I was trying to pinpoint the time Id have to call this place again. So another couple hrs go by and its like 2-3pm and I call because the guy yet again doesnt call me back. He tells me he thinks the drivers up and running and that I should expect him around 4pm. Of course I should have known it was a lie because 4pm comes and goes and no one comes or calls. So I call myself yet again and Im like "whats happening?". The dude says yeah he couldnt get the alternator off the truck. He had the parts and everything tho. He said he was "sorry" and that the most likely time they could get it was the next day or Monday. Of course I knew by then that everything done to me was BS and they had no intention of ever picking up my junk car. Even if they did and they couldnt pick it up that day all that simply had to be said was "we cant pick it today". Nobodys time would have been wasted. But I got the run around. They obviously didnt want business. I can only imagine what has been done to others. And in all that time and effort wasted to get my car junked I never lost my patience even once. And all I get was a "sorry" that Im sure wasnt really sincere and that I never would have gotten if I hadnt been the one to call and follow up. DO BUSINESS HERE AT OWN RISK. Your time might be wasted.

Beware of Ralphs this guy is a jerk. I called him 3 times to check on a 1999 ford Explorer rear axle he had online for sale. He, yes yes me to death that it was a 1999. I said, I am driving 7 hours or so to get there so please make sure its a 1999 .He the parts Pro and again yes yes yes its a1999.I drove there and one look, I know it wasnt a 1999 Ford explorer rear axle . So ,the so called parts Pro cost me 16 hours on the road and $ 110. in gas and tolls plus the wear on my truck for nothing. What a loser.

Call there and told they dont pull parts over the phone, drove 40 mins get there then Im told I have to trench through the mud to find the car I need for my part, in the mean time 2 workers just stood there , will never go back to this place went 20 mins up the road got my part without having to look for it, very unhappy with my experience at Ralphs
