I use this store often, but women beware! I told my wife to stop at store because our duralast battery wouldnt hold a charge (less than 2 yrs old ) the man came out to car, disconnected neg. terminal and put a test lamp in the test lamp had a low glow. He told my wife we had a parasite drain. I was on the phone with my wife and asked if he did a load test ? He told my wife the battery was fine and the problem was the parasite drain. When I got home I put the battery on charge. Then started the search for the parasite drain . I found a small (30 milliamp) drain on the backup circuit . nothing abnormal. I was ready to send the car to a shop that specializes in automotive electronics, and decided to check the car again, but charged battery wouldnt start car ! I took the battery out and went to the manager. He tested it with the load tester and it failed ! I told the manager about my wifes false info the man gave her 2 days earlier. The manger said nothing , not a explanation ,or apology, nothing about training his workers to perform the proper tests. The sad thing is the man either lied to my wife or didnt know how to properly test a battery. I got a new battery . Cars runs fine ,and the "parasite drain"is the proper operation of the back up circuit when you shut the car off.

My wife went to this location to get a pro rated battery for our truck. They tried to take advantage of her by saying she wasnt entitled to the pro rated rebate and the core charge. According to the manager you cant have both. This is absolutely not true. You are entitled to both as the other employees backed her up on and the manager at the one in Bristol also backed her up. Also if its raining they will not provide any of their parking lot services ie wipers and battery swaps. Go to Bristol they wont try to steal your money.

Wow ,I had a problem with my car and they were so helpful to me.Robert L.is an awesome associate.He helped me with my repair ,never got that kind of service anywhere .I drove from Toms River NJ to go to sesame place and car was acting up.Thank God he was there to help. Great people ,recommend them every time.
