I called this morning 4/16/2016, enquiring about a battery for my truck; A representative took my call. He identified himself as Shane or Shawn; As I voiced my uncertainty of purchasing an upgraded battery or not, this individual was very short and rude in a "whatever" attitude reply. I never had a problem with Advanced Auto Parts in Hammonton before in prior visits. I hope this was just an unfortunate one-time isolated incident. Or I will have to take my business elsewhere. Maybe another Advance Auto location.

Ordered a part for my car online, they sent the wrong part. I just called to see if they have a part in stock at the Hammonton store. They DO!!!! HOWEVER, they said they close at 8:30 and the web and internet says they close at 9pm!! I am 20 minutes away and now have to wait until tomorrow to fix my car. Obviously I will be getting the part from somewhere else! Not cool to close early!! Its not the first time theyve done it either!

Store opens late all the time and this day my check engine light came on when they finally open they said they couldnt check it cause there tool was broken yet they sell the very tool customer service is not priority at all thanks for nothing

Not customer service oriented at all and they always close early. Why does the website say you are open until 9pm and I stop by at 8:40 and youre closed?

Service here has been ok. You get what you need and get out. They seem to stock everything the other Advances carry, though the store seems smaller.
