I arrived at this facility just before 8 am on Monday 7/31. I had to wait almost 5 minutes for the Manager to come to the service desk and greet me. All I needed was a trans mission service (NOT A FLUSH) on my 2003 Taurus. The Manager seemed to have excuses from the Moment the conversation began, even after learning that Im a former Pep Boys employee. I had to hear about when the mechanic arrived. How I would have to wait a long while because of when the loop truck arrives with parts when there are part stores within a mile of the location that he could source the parts from. Then came the price of approx. $230 for what I wanted. I wound up getting the same service done at Monroe in Mt. Holly for $130.
