They are only getting two starts because of the price they were willing to give me for my car. When I first called and got the quote for how much I would get, everything was very nice and professional. The guy on the phone told me he would call me back once he found out the price, and he did in the same day. Then I had to wait 3-5 business days for the tow truck driver to call. They said hed call on Monday and when he didnt, Tuesday. And when he didnt again, Wednesday. He finally called Thursday and we set up the time for Monday morning at 10am. Well its Monday morning at almost 11am and I have not heard anything from the driver and the home office does not seem at all interested in helping me figure out what is going on. Very unprofessional and almost rude even! If you dont like your time wasted, I suggest you go elsewhere

I ordered a clock spring for a 2001 Jeep Cherokee over the phone. I realized the part they sent me is missing a tiny plastic clip. Without that, its useless. They say their parts are shipped as is which is understandable but I expect them to be in working condition. The part is commonly broken off when removing it from the original vehicle. On top of that, the 1st person I spoke with laughed and said I should have never been able to order a clock spring in the first place--clock springs have to be installed new. Regardless of the truth in that, a company rep told me they should not have sold the part. So now this $48 part goes in the trash. I tried to save a buck but going to pay twice that to ensure I buy from a reliable seller. DO NOT waste your time buying from this yard.

I've never see a place that won't sell you parts before!! They must be Trillin aires and dont need to do buissness with people.
Funny thing is I know what I wanted and needed for my truck. And the jerk tells me it's not the right part. What do they care what I do with a Toyota axle?
I could be sleeping with it for all they know. Over all they are rude as*h@les
Go spend your money else where! Trust me or go find out for your self. You'll see that no matter what THEY know every thing that your doing some how and that your wrong! Im 39 been turning wrenches from the age of 10 and have made many custom trucks and show cars that have been published in Vw trends and 4x4 mags. And tough truck challenge.
So I must not know what I'm doing apparently.

Tom and his staff are the best around. Every time we have needed a part for repair they have had it in working condition and at a decent price. He has went out of his way to help us with a replacement truck bed. Class act all the way. I would recommend you call or stop by AA for all your car part needs

this is the slowest salvage yard ive ever been to. went in on a slow day and waited 45 min just to have someone take me to the yard. john at the front counter didnt seem to care how long i waited. not worth the savings
