Most of the kids in there are helpful, however, I go in for the BVC coils and liquids. Owner recently bought fake BVC coils that dont have the original mesh in them. As a result my vape sessions have gone down to crap and all I taste is burnt coils. I have gone 2 months without smoking one cigarette after 20 years of smoking... at this point I am about to say to the heck with this and just give up vaping all together due to the overall experience of this place. I bought my first E Go C twist there and had nothing but problems with battery charging, to the charger itself. I found out that the E Go C Twist charger isnt the original either.... there should have been a logo on the charger "Joytech" which mine does not have. I also purchased the Atlantis Nautilus, that seems to be the original however I get nothing but gurgling, leaking, and spitting sounds. None of the gentlemen in there can really help with any of these issues, and when asked to speak to the owner, he is never available, nor do the kids seem too keen on calling the owner nor would they give me a contact number or speak to the person directly. In their words exactly "Uh I cant contact the owner because I am not allowed to." Really?! I demanded they call said owner to get a replace of the original battery that was not working. In the end after much arguing and still not able to speak to the owner, I ended up getting the darn battery I needed.They dont carry accessories for said Nautilus, like the drip head (cheap versions of ceramic ones available) nor do they have any or rings or seals for the gasket. In all... if you go in there to purchase a vaporizer, go elsewhere!

MUST READ! - If I could give this manager a zero I would, the lowest one star rating doesnt do the review any justice. Dont waste your money!!! The manager is on drugs people. Large pupils, daily mood changes, erratic behavior to say the least and will Raise/lower prices depending on the day, his mood, and or if his period just started or not.. Dont waste your money!!! He will sell you stuff for 600% markup without mercy. Drive a little further to Wizard smoke shop. MUCH better customer service, prices and a manager with an IQ at-least higher than my dog.This place is managed by the most incompetent manager there ever was. I say "was" because before I am done reporting him to the better business burrow as well as other places, he wont be a manager for long. This place got robbed and now I understand why. This place has been known for selling drugs inside and out of the shop. STAY AWAY! Awesome employees .... TERRIBLE MANAGER. Actually terrible is the nicest thing I could think of to described him. Getting robbed wont be the worst thing happen to this shop. Treat customers like trash and get kicked to the curb like a piece of trash. I am not done with this guy, this is just the start. The (in eds mom) post was made by me. It was a misunderstanding and lack of communication. The post was unprofessional at times. I was frustrated at the moment and lashed out. I do not regret the post but I regret the way I poorly worded the review. There are ways to to write a poor review without being immature and that is exactly what it was. I cannot delete the post as I created a email just to write the review and do not remember what I made up. Since the post, there have been sales and price drops. All is well read the other reviews except mine because it doesnt resemble the business as a whole. You should still come down and visit the shop dont let that bad review deter you from spending your money here. my apologies....

This place is and has been NOTHING but TROUBLE since they opened. This Smoke Shop was busted for SELLING DRUGS to OUR LOCAL COMMUNITY KIDS They also have kids as young as well 15 and 16 years old buying cigarettes without legal identification. I think the owner of this Smoke Shop needs to hire older people that will run his business the right way instead of making his business into A BAD NAME for LOCAL OUR ROXBURY COMMUNITY. Unfortunately I have seen it all. Even after hours kids are parked in the back parking lot smoking and whatever else these kids do. The ROXBURY PD did a great job in there last summer DRUG BUST. KEEP IT UP ROXBURY PD KEEP OUR COMMUNITY CLEAN OF ALL THIS TRASHY DRUGGIES.

This, the newest member of The Serenity family (with two other locations in Englewood and Butler) is probably the nicest of the 3. Its collection of American glass is unparalleled in the area with some of the most artistic pieces in all of New Jersey. The sales staff is always knowledgeable and courteous, ready to help with all of your questions. Their great selection isnt limited to glass though, they also have a fantastic variety of vaporizers and E-Cigs. Definitely the place to go for all your smoking needs.

I have bought many of my water pipes and water bubblers from this store. By far my favorite smoke shop in a 30 mile radius. Prices are a little high, but the glass is defiantly reliable. I go here for my cleaning supplies, E-Juice, small to large pieces and never been disappointed. I worked with the employee Tyler, always been a great guy to me and other customers. He knows what he is talking about when it comes to the heady pieces. Defiantly worth it to visit at least once in your life.

Like people say every time I go in this place the prices change I really dont under stand how something goes from 4$ to 8$ Im a matter of 24 hours every other day! Such a set up, - not a problem at all Im a frequent coustomer and it seems every time I buy a bowl or a slide piece one day I have paid 4$ for the same exact piece to be 8$ a day later? So not a problem wouldnt mind stopping in the shop and talking in person just being honest.

Informative, well-spoken, friendly, and funny they are not...Please go down the street from them, that place has all those qualities......The worst head shop or I can say store I ever went into in my life...There glass pieces are even filthy too......They actually put me in a bad mood.....I have never took the time to write a review in my life, but stay away....The other place is every thing you dream about in a head shop.....

My experience at this shop was absolutely fantastic. The prices were knocked up a little, but the customer service far outweighed that. Two guys working there, Rad and Anthony I believe, were knowledgable and willing to go the distance for their customers. Never met more friendly guys who also could tell you the ins and outs of everything in the place. Seriously a good spot with some really good people.

Very poor customer service the person who works there doesnt know the business. All their products are very expensive compare to other tobacco stors. The salesman was on the phone and very rude and angry and didnt have any respect for the customer. I hope people who read this find another Tabasco store in other to receive better customer service.

Im in this place all the time and have never had a problem. All of the staff is very helpful and polite. The few times I have had trouble, the owner Eddie did everything within his power to correct the problem. They dont just say "no refunds" they actually fix whatever is wrong. I wish more businesses were like this. Definitely a great place.
