My name is MaryBeth Meirose. On Nov 28,2015, I ordered a large Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Party fruit bouquet for my Grandsons party. On Dec.5, the morning of the party, I got a call that the Mickey Mouse container was not available. I asked why I wasnt told when it was ordered ,& was told the worker didnt know why. Since it was too late to go somewhere else I picked up the "bouquet" & asked to speak to the manager. No manager was available. The woman at the register told me the Mickey Mouse container had been discontinued months ago. I asked again why I wasnt told that when I placed my order, again no idea why.The manager called today to say the containers hadnt arrived yet - are they discontinued or not - their website says they re available. I was offered either the container when it arrives -weeks after the party w/no fruit , or a $5 refund on my credit card. Im taking the $5 refund on a $63 order, but I wont use this store again.
